Niet mijn hostel, smerige kakkerlakken in de kamer waar een pizza in de koelkast nog stond weg te schimmelen. Locatie is goed en personeel aardig. Maar nul beveiliging of kamersleutels want we hebben hier een ‘chill vibe’.
Not my hostel, dirty roaches in the room where a pizza in the fridge was still standing to moldy. location is good and staff friendly. but no security or room keys because we have a chill vibe here.
Kitchen was dirty stuff lying everywhere. No charging sockets beside the beds People coming in and out of room untill 1am Was woken up at 555am with someone being sick in the rooms toilet Overall not a very good experience definitely would nkt recommend
Kitchen looked dirty, not much socialising, very much a working hostel.
Worst hostel I ever stayed in.
Location is great close to bus stop, beach and shops, staff seemed to be a bit clique and all seemed to work for accommodation little bit unwelcoming at times, bathrooms were clean and kitchen was ok. There wasn’t any gates and anyone could easily come into and access the hostel area without staying there
The Hostel is in a good location. The stuff is nice, and the built of the hostel is cool. Sadly tho, it's not really clean. The mattresses are old and spotty, my pillow was sadly moldy, it's was super humid in the room (but that's not really the hostels fault, they just don't have a AC). The kitchen was well equipped but not super clean. 10 people dorm and only 6 lockers. The doors were open all the time, so not the most secure hostel.
The hostel itself was good and cozy but the rooms not so much. You're right by the outside communal area so no place to escape to for some quiet. I stayed in the 'luxury 4 bed room' and it was anything but. There was a very loud fridge in there which echoed throughout the room and kept me up all night (which sucks when you have a 10hr journey next day). the room was cold and not very nice to stay in. overall wouldn't stay here again and I've heard others say the same about the rooms which is a s...
Lage ok. Atmosphäre entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Die Leute waren seltsam. Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr alt, teilweise kaputt und eklig. Keine Klimaanlage. Es war nachts unglaublich heiß.
The atmosphere was not what I had imagined. The people were strange. The furnishings of the rooms were very high, partly broken and unkempt. No air conditioning. It was incredibly hot at night.
Ik vind het geen aanrader. Boekte een privekamer om even bij te komen tussen 2 tours en lange busreizen door. Helaas grenzen de privé kamers gelijk aan de sociale leefruimte. De kamers zijn ook nog eens niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor je alles hoort. Een dranger op de deur naar de kamers toe zou al schelen. Ook hangt er maar bij 1 raam een gordijn en niet bij het grote waardoor het om 5 uur al licht is. De hele dag door is er muziek. Vond het vooral erg vies overal. De grote douche was fijn!
I can't find any recommendation. I booked a private room to even get through between 2 tours and long bus trips. Unfortunately, private rooms are bordered by the same social living space. The rooms are also not well insulated so you can hear everything. A dranger on the door to the rooms would care. Also hangs a curtain only at 1 window and not at the big one so it is already light at 5 o'clock. The whole day there is music. Vond het vooral vies overal. The big shower was nice!
We enjoyed our stay however one of us woke up covered in bed bug bights. We told the reception and they didn’t seem bothered by it at all and weren’t helpful. We will have to clean all of our belongings to get rid of them.

Second time and second hostel in Agnes, really liked this one, we took a private room, but it was very clean, the bathroom as well, so I guess all the shared areas too. Friendly staff and close to everything !
Staff very friendly but private room lacked air con. Rooms are quite old and could do with a bit of work!
Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. The reception staff are very friendly and the place is really beautiful. If I pass by Agnes, I know where to stay.
Great hostel, room and kitchen however the vibe is off as people obviously live here. Staff were lovely but didn’t feel welcomed at all by long term guests
Worst hostel I ever stayed in.
We stayed in a 10 bed dorm and were the only 2 in there for our first few nights! Ensuite is lovely! Toilet is separate from the sink and shower so multiple people can use the different facilities at one! You can also rent surfboards at the hostel! A little bit of a trek to the beach but lovely location to food!!

Pretty good hostel. However, a lot of long term people are staying so as a solo traveler a bit higher threshold to socialize when arriving.
Very cute hostel! Kitchen was a bit messy and the culture was a bit more long-term stay focused but otherwise a great hostel!
Really nice vibe. So chill and staff were really useful (especially arriving late on delayed greyhound bus). Agnes Water is a beautiful place. Dorms are a little bit shabby.
Prima hostel voor een overnachting in Agnes Water. Fijn dat je hier ook fietsen kan huren. De kamer zelf was het enige minpuntje, zo moet je zelf je bed opmaken en hebben de bedden geen eigen stopcontact. Maar over het algemeen prima om de lange busreis naar Airlie Beach te onderbreken. Het is ook erg fijn dat iemand van het personeel klaar staat bij de bushalte.
Nice hostel for an overnight in Agnes Water. Good that you can also rent a bike here. The room itself was the only min-pointe, so you have to make your own bed and the beds don't have their own outlet. But overall great to break up the long bus ride to Airlie Beach. It's also really nice that someone from the staff is standing by the bus stop.

Das Hostel ist sehr sehr cool! Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht (sind Abends angereist und früh weitergereist). Es werden abendliche Events angeboten, sodass man ins Gespräch kommen kann, wenn man will. Der Eintichtungsstil ist Mega!
The hostel is very very cool! unfortunately we only spent one night there (since evenings are angereist and we went early). there are evening events offered, so you can come in to talk if you want. der Eintichtungsstil is Mega!
Nice place to chill
Cute hostel with fun staff and a great inclusive vibe! In a great location and with spacious rooms for the shared dorms. Lots of activities to do at the hostel, I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Sehr süsses Hostel mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Das einzig negative war die fehlende Klimaanlage in den Zimmern.
Very nice hostel with a great atmosphere. well equipped and you feel very safe. the only negative was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.
