- we were on the 5th floor and had luggages with us. since they don’t have an elevator, it was too hard for us. space going up is so uncomfortable specially you are taking up your things through stairs. we went up and number they gave us which is the password did not work and somebody helped us from inside since it took us a lot of time to enter seems like an error. it’s dark, lights are turned off when everybody are asleep. its very uncomfortable. my wired earphones are still there. I forgot it too. since i’m in Fukushima they keep on insisting filling up that link where i will enter my credit card info getting that ¥1000 service charge to have it delivered to me. even if i said i will have that cod option. seems they don’t really understand especially the safety of getting payment details from their guests seems unreliable website! expect no toiletries! bed is not arranged, you have to arrange it yourself.

- Horrible place. You check in and out with a iPad, noone there. The place is very dirty I made a mistake in my reservation. Although I contacted them immediately, they did not want to change it. Not recommended, horrible experience

+ Leider absolut nichts außer die Lage. Bereits wenige Minuten nach Ankunft wurde deutlich, dass ein Aufenthalt aus gesundheitlichen, hygienischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Gründen unmöglich war.

- Diese Unterkunft stellt eine ernsthafte Zumutung dar, sowohl was Hygiene als auch Sicherheit betrifft und gehört aus meiner Sicht umgehend von dieser Plattform entfernt. Beim Betreten des Zimmers war ein intensiver, modriger Geruch wahrnehmbar, der stark auf Schimmel oder Feuchtigkeitsschäden hindeutete. Die Luft war so schlecht, dass ich Atembeschwerden bekam. Die Bettwäsche war nachweislich nicht frisch, sondern offenbar schon von anderen Gästen genutzt worden, sie roch unangenehm und als Bettwäsche sollte ein offenes Tuch dienen. Die Holzbox war nicht abgedunkelt, stickig und unhygienisch, das alte Holz war verschmutzt und verströmte einen penetranten Geruch. Überall war der Staub zusehen. Die größte Zumutung jedoch war die Sanitärsituation: Für ein ganzes Gebäude mit mehreren Etagen gibt es nur zwei Duschen für Frauen. In der Nacht kam es dazu, dass ein Mann in die Frauendusche eindrang und sich dort duschte vermutlich, weil er keine andere Möglichkeit hatte. Das ist nicht nur unangenehm, sondern hochgradig unsicher, gerade für alleinreisende Frauen ein absolutes No-Go. Als wäre das nicht genug, war in der gesamten Nacht bis 8 Uhr kein Personal vor Ort, keine Ansprechperson, kein Sicherheitsgefühl. In einem medizinischen oder sicherheitsbezogenen Notfall wäre niemand erreichbar gewesen. Wir verließen das Hostel daher noch in der gleichen Nacht – nach nicht einmal 6 Stunden Aufenthalt, obwohl wir 7 Nächte gebucht hatten. Zusätzlicher Hinweis am Ende: Trotz eindeutiger Nachweise (Fotos, Videos, Beschwerden) verweigert die Unterkunft jegliche Rückerstattung, obwohl wir nachweislich nichts genutzt haben und nur wenige Stunden dort waren. Es wurde bis heute nicht auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Besonders bedenklich: Im Zimmer hängt ein Schild, das Gästen für eine gute Bewertung ein Gratis-Handtuch verspricht, was die Glaubwürdigkeit der Rezensionen in Frage stellt. Diese Unterkunft ignoriert Beschwerden, geht auf keine Gespräche ein und agiert intransparent.

- •Quattro piani di scale con 40kg di bagagli perché non hanno l’ascensore; •Lenzuola e letto sporco • Bagno sporco e maleodorante, in più dal mio letto a castello sentivo la gente che faceva pipì anche se ero distante! Che schifo! •Non mi è stato dato neanche un asciugamano per lavarmi! •Mi hanno detto che lo staff mi avrebbe aiutato a portare giù le valige per i quattro piani di scale e invece non c’era nessuno. Avevo pagato due notti, ma dopo la prima sono scappata a gambe levate.

- There is an unethical scheme in this place. The hotel asks you to leave a 5 star review in oder to have free towels otherwise if dont provide 5 star review you have to pay for the towels therefore "forcing" budget travelers to give positive reviews regardless of its true or not therefore misleading future guests.

- Loud: even with your earplugs on. Someone opened the windows that faced the big road and it was loud even in the early morning. Pee on the floor: men’s bathroom urinal and toilet are right close to each other, hard for guys to keep their pee in the urinal. Shower room: dirty, a lot of hair on the floor. Shower mats are dirty. Smell: smells like shoes or something in the sleeping area. We also had a guy puked on the floor in front of our pods. We could not rest the whole night. We moved to other hotel that we could have better rest and cleaner space.

+ La ubicación es muy buena y personal amigable

- La habitación estaba en el cuarto piso por escalera, las duchas estaban dos pisos más abajo donde se encontraba el área común. Las camas están no están bien diseñadas

- Der var ikke så meget plads til vores ting. Lidt småt generelt men man lærte at finde sig til rette i det. man kunne ikke låse kuffert inde

- Dortoir minimal, sans charme. 2 toilettes et 2 douches pour une vingtaine de lit. Pas de place pour chiller et rencontrer d'autres voyageurs.

+ Esta fue la primera vez que viajé a Japón y aqui fue el primer hotel donde nos quedamos y aun que estaba nerviosa porque nunca me había quedado en un hotel de este tipo la verdad, todos (staff y otros huéspedes) fueron super amables y amistosos. este tipo de hoteles te permite conocer a mucha gente fácil y hace que la experiencia de estar en un país desconocido sea mas agradable.

- creo que las escaleras para subir a las camas estaban un poco incomodas, pero nada muy grave. la verdad mi estancia aqui fue muy agradable :)

+ There was a cool rooftop area to hangout on such we spent a lot of time on and it was close enough to Tokyo centre but out enough that it was quiet and not super busy.

- We just didn’t like that the showers were on the second floor and that the top bunks were a little bit open.

+ Clean and comfortable. Easy access to train.

+ The bedding is comfortable for a hostel, and the location is super convenient, right next to two metro stations and convenience stores. The toilets and showers were also very clean.

- I didn’t like the idea of having to make my own bed, especially in such a small space. It’s already tight to move around, let alone struggle with sheets and a duvet cover.

- Завтрак выше всяких похвал. Такого вкусного круассана давно не ел. И вообще вся подача завтрака была восхитительная

+ Si bien fui en taxi porque tenía mucho equipaje, ir desde Shinjuku station era bastante directo. Súper amables. Y las cabinas son bastantes privadas. Estuve una noche y no llegué a probar las duchas, pero la zona living estaba buena.

- Una de las sábanas tenía un moco o algo de otra persona. No tienen ascensor y tuve que dejar el equipaje pesado abajo, el guarda equipaje está al lado de la puerta de entrada y estorba un poco la escalera, pero aún así me quedé tranquila de que Tokio es súper seguro.

+ Il se situe juste à côté d’une ligne de métro ce qui est très pratique ! Le quartier est calme et l’hôtel en lui même également ! Le tout était très propre !
