Hostal Ganbara - Self Check In

There are only two words I need to use to describe this hostel -BED BUGS!!! I woke up itchy, turned on the lights, the biggest bed bugs I have ever seen were running all over the walls! When I raised the issue with the guy on duty he said "yes we have been fighting these pests all summer". He then said - "what do you want me to do about it?" Finally offering me a bed in another room. But a quick search in there and more BED BUGS! I ended up trying to sleep on the couch in common room. And never once did the guy offer me a refund or anything other than annoyance that I had raised the matter... AVOID this place!
