- Dirty, unsafe, no customer service.

- The staff mistaken the bed number , giving a situation that I found someone sleeping in the bed I thought was mine . The 24 hr room service wasn't working, thankfully that there is a spare bed or I am certainly doomed for finding myself no place to go at 1 a.m. in Japan.

- 施設エントランスのドアロックが壊れていました。 iPadで開錠するタイプのようなのですが、それが動作せず常に開いている状態でした。チェックインが無人のため、宿泊者が困惑し、日本人で言葉が通じる私が代表してスタッフへ連絡を取りました。1時間以上してからスタッフが来て対応しようとしていたようでした。しかし、翌日の朝になって宿を出ようとすると、ロックは壊れたままでした。宿泊者は誰しもが侵入できる状況に晒されながら、それを知らされることもなく寝ていたということです。 そもそも、チェックインとロック解除に使用する宿泊者の名前とログインパスワード、宿泊するベッドのナンバーが、ホテルの扉の外に紙で張り出されていて、誰でも見ることができる状態でした。 このご時世で宿泊者の身を危険に晒しすぎです。かなりあり得ないと思います。

+ It is the worst hostel I have ever stayed.. Check in with ipad. It took ages to check in after a long journey travelling in Hokkaido. I could not believe the facilities this hostel provides to the travellers. Not recommended.

+ Standard accommodation. Clean sheets

- There was a person less check in that failed to work. I tried to message via booking.com and email, but no response. I was fortunate to have a Japanese speaking person who was able to phone. The line was poor and the person on the call had. I English. After 30 minutes I finally got in. There were others. One didn’t get in the whole timeI was there as she couldn’t call. The bathroom was dirtiest I seen in Japan!

+ 女性だけで安心感があるし、他の宿泊者が共有の場を清潔に使ってくださるおかげで快適に過ごせました！ ドライヤーやヘアアイロン（⚠電源が入っているのかわからずあまり使える感じではありません）、シャンプー類は無料で、寝衣やタオル、歯ブラシなどは有料でしたが個人的には良心的なお値段だと思いました。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです！

+ La struttura era molto cozy e lo staff era gentile e disponibile! Molto centrale come zona e comoda! C’è vicino al stazione metro e molti combini e altre cose.

- L’unica pecca se devo trovarne una è la mancanza di spazio per lasciare la valigia e le proprie cose,se rimanete a lungo potrebbe essere un pò scomodo
