Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter ziehen ein einfach die Kreditkarte aus der Hand eine Frechheit Zimmer viel zu klein und viel zu warm in der Nacht man kann nicht gut schlafen. Null Gastfreundlichkeit und auch keine Hilfsbereitschaft Kommunikation sehr schwierig alle sprechen nicht ein Wort englisch unglaublich in Touristen Hotel ich empfehle dieses Hostel definitiv nicht.
Very unfriendly Staff simply pull the credit card out of hand Frechheit Room much too small and much too warm at night one can't sleep well.
Gorgeous, super comfortable hostel. Staff couldn’t do enough for you - free waters, free wine in the evening and delicious free breakfast. Location amazing - insanely good noodle place right opposite and close to a metro. Nice places to chill but was very quiet when we were there - only one or two other travellers. One of the nicest hostels we’ve ever stayed in our lives in terms of comfort and service.
This place was great, everything about it. Best place I've stayed in Shaanxi. Really helpful staff.

Incredible stay, best one in a long time. Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff, I was constantly surprised by how many inclusions there were during my stay. The coffee options and breakfast buffet were top tier. Would definitely stay again if visiting Xi'an.

Awesome hostel. Ioved the location, friendliness of the staff, they offer free drinks and breakfast, and accomodations were nice clean and comfortable.. highly recommended!
10/10, for real. everything about this place is great. can't recommend enough. a bit higher price than cheapest alternatives but trust me, it's worth it

Kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen - absolut großartig! Riecht toll, schick, sauber, gratis Frühstück und Getränke, ein paar Aktivitäten, super. Unbedingt auch die benachbarte Bar für den gratis Gin/Wein/Bier besuchen, tolle Atmosphäre und super Chance, andere Reisende kennenzulernen. Wäre am liebsten noch deutlich länger geblieben.

Riecht toll, schick, clean, free Breakfast and drinks, a few Activities, super. definitely also visit the neighboring Bar für den kostenlosen Gin/Wein/Bier, great Atmosphere and super Chance, to get to know other Travellers. would love to stay even significantly longer.

Ok, let me get this straight.I think this was the greatest Hostel I've been so far. beautiful interiour, amazing free breakfast and other beverages, perfect location in town, 24h check-in. I can only say, that I'm deeply impressed and I think most Hotels would fade in the comfort of this hostel. If you go to Xi'an, come here you and you will love it!

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed at. So clean, amazing breakfast and snacks (added plus for free water, sodas, and complimentary coffee and drink at the bar next door). Obsessed with the toiletries they left for us, it was very luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location was great. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We did the dumpling banquet through them and it was super cool. They even called us a car to make sure we got there safely.

Fantástico Hostel. Sin duda el Mejor de toda mi estancia en China . Muy cuidado. SUPER LIMPIO y todo nuevo . El personal muy arento y dispuesto . Relación calidad precio INIGUALABLE. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Ridiculously comfortable beds. The breakfast as well as the daily free barista coffee were incredible. Free snacks, water and soft included, as well as 1 beer or glass of wine each evening. The staff were all fantastic and I really didn't want to leave. If it was just a little bit more social it would be absolutely perfect.

Honestly this is the best value for money property I have ever been in. Smiley staff, always ready to help with advice. High quality condition of the room. Sleepers and flip flops for free, cosmetic kit, drinks, fruits and small snacks for free as well. Rich breakfast for less than 4 EUR. Located on small street, but very centrally. This is a bargain you don't have to miss.
This has to be the most awesome hostel I have ever stayed in ! Kudos to the staff who are always polite, friendly and always there to give great advice and tips on travelling in Xi’An ! And they speak good English too ! Breakfast was great & there are free drinks and snacks too ! Bed is comfy and the shower is spacious with amenities provided . Evening Complimentary alcohol is a great plus ! I would rate it 6 stars if I can ! Simply awesome ! If I return to Xi’An, i would surely stay here ...
The reviews do not lie. Best hostel we’ve ever stayed in. Nice room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with Japanese toilet. To top this, the hostel design and vibe was so relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plus free snacks and happy hour free drinks. Would highly recommend.
One of, if not the best hostel I’ve ever stayed. Was an amazing price for such a clean brand new jostle. Fancy coffees and free snack bars, it was lush! Really recommend, made me want to stay more than one night. But only stayed one to see the Terracotta Army
