    We came after finishing Salkantay trek, and all we looked forward to were showers. When the receptionist showed us our room she said the water would take 5 mins to heat up, but failed to mention that there was no water in the building the entire day. We tried to use the toilet and it didn’t flush, and the showers didn’t work at all. We waited 6 hours for the water to come on, and it was just an ice cold trickle. There was never anyone at reception. beds were comfy but we woke up with BUG BITES!!
