I wouldnot recommend this hostel to anyone. When you arrive they will give you no information whatsoever. Breakfast en tours you can find in a whatsappgroup, when they feel like posting it. The heating makes the room too hot. If you are unlucky they will also do renovations. We, paying guests, could not use the outside and we had to enjoy the smell of paint. Kitchen was closed for a while as well with no proposed alternative. It was also a very antisocial hostel. Beds were ok and staf was nice.
They stole my stuff
Dirty, no vibe, location is terrible, the events they post are a lie, they don’t have any events, no bar craws and no walking tour, they post a different hostel’s event as their own and send you 35 minutes walk to the reception of the other hostel to sign up, not worth it at all. Everything closes at 10pm, only 2 bars 15 minutes walk from there, nothing to do around the area, toilet and showers were disgusting and very dirty. Save your time and money and stay away from this hostel.
AC was broken my entire stay at the hostel. My room was so hot that my phone would not even charge in the room. My stay was over 4 days and it was not fixed, despite being told that it would be multiple days in a row. Also, old stinky towels were left in the room (I was the first person to check into the room) and it smelled like feet the whole time. 0/10 experience would not come back.

hated this place. got in really late, staff rude about it. wanted to refund cuz bed was dirty, smelled weird, overcrowded rooms and dirty bathrooms and kitchen area. they refused to give me a refund even tho I developed an illness and wanted to stay somewhere private in my own space like an Airbnb. no refund, didn’t care I was sick, and it was dirty.
The bathrooms were always dirty, which was NOT due to the staff, but rather the guests: At times, half an hour after they had been cleaned, toilets were dirty and showers full of hair.
A decent hostel with everything you need. Very good location, the staff was not super friendly. The shower room smelled bad.
this place was dirty, the showers on my floor were under construction during my stay so that was inconvenient. staff does not inform you that housekeeping will take any belongings you have out in your room and take them behind the reception desk. my items were taken out of my room, and then STOLEN in the hands of reception. i complained to management at the time and have sent emails and have gotten no response or comp on my stolen items that they are indeed liable for. i wouldn’t recommend
Pillows are too small and too soft. The mexican lady at the counter was very nice and helpful.

Hostel was clean and had friendly staff. Not a very social hostel in my opinion. There were some odd people staying there when I was there. Amazing location.
Great hostel, the backyard really is the main thing, great for resting and hanging out. Felt safe and the location is perfect, everything walking distance!
Great hostel walking distance to Sagrada and the metro. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and dormitories. There was only 1 washer and dryer. Beautiful patio off the kitchen (fully equipped). Honestly have no complaints. I only stayed for 1 night, but would stay here again. Not a very social hostel (maybe just my timeframe), but perfect for me.
Love our night check in staff member. Live music was awesome. The water fountain was really nice and plenty of bathrooms. Great location, will def come back!!
Met my expectations but nothing amazing. Was clean and felt safe as a solo-traveler. The shared spaces left something to be desired and the staff wasn’t amazing. It felt fairly clean. I liked the neighborhood and it was easy to catch nearby transportation, but you weren’t in the thick of things per se. I’d recommend it to others and go back unless something nicer was available.
I have traveled and ton and have had my fair share of hostels, but Loft Hostel was, by far, one of the best I've stayed in. The facilities were cleaned x2/day. The staff was friendly, helpful and supportive! I even made some new friends there! 10/10 recommend!
The rooms felt safe and the vibes were cool. It was a little more unkept that I prefer but I would stay there again! It was a beautiful building and staff was so so kind!
Han hecho mejoras en las habitaciones y se está mucho mejor, muy cómodo y el personal muy amable y atento. lo único poner un tendedero estaba genial y un mueble para las cosas del baño como un colgador de toallas en el baño.
They've made improvements to the rooms and it's much better, very comfortable and the staff very friendly and attentive. the only thing was putting in a sink was great and a piece of furniture for bathroom stuff like a towel hanger in the bathroom.
Très bonne localisation ! Le personnel est très chaleureux et de bon conseil. Les espaces communs sont agréables bien que petits (comme par exemple l’espace cuisine quand il pleut dehors). Les chambres sont spatieuses et tout le nécessaire y est, même si on sent que l’auberge a du vécu. Très bonne expérience générale ☺️
Very good location ! the staff is very warm and helpful. the common areas are nice although small (like the kitchen when it rains outside). the rooms are spacious and everything you need is there, even if you feel like the hostel has a feel. very good overall experience ☺️
A friendly hostel with good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Monitoring of noise after 10.30 pm could be improved, but there are loud, thoughtless and inconsiderate people everywhere.

Overall pretty good- curtains are nice, good amount of storage, bathrooms decent size, and staff is nice. Easy to get to main attractions in Barcelona. I felt unsafe due to other guests in my dorm. There was a large group of old women staying in my room who kept staring at me (ie as I would enter, one of the women would stop moving and stare at me and say something in a language I didn't recognize, then the other old women would pull aside their curtains to stare at me from their beds as well). ...

Central location, friendly staff, kitchen and relaxing seating outside, good sanitation with regular cleaners. allows free luggage delivery until evening after checking in.

Das Hostel ist wirklich super! Sehr zentral gelegen und gut angebunden. Ich habe den Innenhof geliebt und oft draussen gesessen. Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Betten haben Vorhänge und es gibt Schließfächer, allerdings braucht man ein eigenes Schloss. Für ein Hostel war es auch recht sauber. Insgesamt ist das Hostel sehr ruhig und die Leute sind mehr für sich, aber es werden Events angeboten wenn man möchte. Ich hatte eine gute Zeit.
The hostel is really great! very centrally located and well connected. i loved the inner courtyard and often sat outside. the reception was occupied around the clock, which was very helpful. the beds have curtains and there are lockers, but you need your own lock. for a hostel it was also quite clean. overall the hostel is very quiet and the people are more for themselves, but there are events offered if you want. i had a good time.
