- The room was very small and did not worth the price. We left the hotel on the first night.
+ The location
- This is a very simple place. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. The bed is hard. It is clean. There is no coffee in the rooms and no option for free coffee in the lobby. It is not possible to cast to the TV. There is a double duvet, and when we asked if it was possible to get two single duvets, he said yes, but that he would have to go and get them, and implied that it was a hassle for him. When I said that we wanted them, he laughed a bit as if we were being a bother. There were two people at the reception and no queue.

- The overall quality of the hotel was worst than terrible: the floor was same as the passage way; super hard and rough to the feel, the extractor in the bathroom wasn’t working, we had to wait a couple hours before we could use the mirror, no kettle,the TV was a dumb one , no english channels and wasn’t even a smart TV. The so-called side tables were so thin that our phones would literally drop off them, no wardrobes too. For a hotel that expensive we expected much more. It was a disapointment. We didn’t have a privacy as our window faced directly to another hotel passage way. I didn’t believe they made us pay 11 euro extra for each day we spent for some council tax. I do not recommend at all, not even one bit.
+ the heating system wasn't working so it was freezing all night. I tried everything but nothing worked. . apart from that, the room was extremely small, the breakfast overcrowded and very poor quality. overpriced.

+ ❌ Never again! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Barcelona. The first night was a nightmare — the AC didn’t work and it was so hot we couldn’t sleep at all. When we asked about it, the staff didn’t care and refused to refund that night. As if that wasn’t enough, on checkout day we got delayed by 4 hours because we lost our passport bag. We were panicked and stressed, but instead of showing any understanding, the receptionist was rude and charged us for a full extra day just for those 4 hours! No compassion, no professionalism, and zero customer service. This place ruined part of our trip. Highly not recommended.

- No me gustó nada. Mi habitación tenía muchísima humedad y en ningún momento me ofrecieron un refund.

- Otelde lobide çantam çalındı ve hiçbir şey yapılmadı . Aciliyetimi bildirmeme rağmen diğer insanlarla ilgilenip hiçbir şey yapmadılar
+ Super Lage, schön eingerichtet und eine Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
- Man kann sich beim TV nicht bei Netflix anmelden.

- Am avut o experienta neplăcută cu recepția uitând o borseta în camera cu toate actele și toți banii.ne-am întors sa o cautam dar nu m-au lăsat în camera.s-a dus una din recepționere după 15 min de stat și așteptat la recepție.raspunsul a fost negativ.astea m-a costat niste coronare lipite,50 de euro dus întors la consulat ,cind am primit telefon ca au găsit borseta. Cind am ajuns sa o ridic erau f.dezinvolte spunând ca asta e politica hotelului.deci o empatie la cel mai scăzut nivel.

We booked a 4 person private dorm female and got put in a pod of 4 beds in a room of probably 4 or 5 pods of beds (no roofs or real doors) - so technically staying in a room of 16-20 people. Didn’t get refund we left right away. Don’t think it advertised what it was properly. Very annoyed with the situation.

+ Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen.
- Die Zimmergröße ist wirklich kompakt und nachdem wir der Dame an der Rezeption den Hinweis gegeben haben, dass wir mit Hund reisen, wurde das Zimmer geändert. Es war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und der Lärm der Rennovierung des Nachbar Zimmers war unüberhörbar. Somit war es echt nicht so schön. Das kenne ich aus deutschen Hotels von Motel One so nicht.
