+ The room was good, in general. They gave us a welcome drink.

- I only got this hotel for the airport shuttle, I signed up for the 4:30 AM one, and when I got there right on time, it had already left a minute or two early. I had to grab a taxi so I wouldn't miss my flight. The receptionist called me 4:25AM to remind me the shuttle was leaving in 5min, I confirmed to him that I was in the elevator with the luggage, but when I got to the lobby exactly 4:30 AM it was already gone.

+ La locación está muy mal , yo escojo este hotel después de mes y medio visitando su país para tomarme dos dias de descanso y también por la oferta de llevarlo a uno al aeropuerto, me pareció buena idea. Pero me paso lo peor ! Esperando en la sala de espera por la carro que nos llevaba al aeropuerto baje un cuarto de hora antes , ya había unas personas esperando y también un hombre que parecía esperando por el mismo servicio ; me saludo y seguimos sentados ( todo está en las camaras) cuando llego el vehículo me encamine a llevar mis maletas , una mujer manejaba y y puse mi bolsa personal con mis cosas importantes un bolso grande negro de viaje lo puse en el suelo un segundo mientras montaba las maletas al SUV pues la mujer k maneja casi no se acomode a ayudar , en fin el dicho hombre se fue con mi bolsa negra y otra bolsa de tela blanca donde llevaba my jacket , bufanda para el frío del avión pues son 13 horas en el avión de regreso a USA En conclusión fue terrible , me robo todo passport Billetera , mis joyas , mi tableta , regalos para mis hijas y parientes , había comprado 600 Euros en perlas de Majorca para mi familia , (. Quería cobrar el Tax free k me hicieron los papeles , lleva BA todo en esta bolsa por los del tax free nesecitan ver la mercancía con los tags La policía nunca llegó , lloré y lloré , y lloré mucho de la desesperacion , todas mis identidades , tarjetas de crédito , no tenia un centavo , todo mi bolsón se lo cargo con mis pertenencias y muchas cosas , mi medicina carísima , todos los recibos k había preparado la noche antes , y me tocaba tomar el avión o tal vez se me complicaba la salida , fue frustrante Anoche llame a la policía de Barcelona , K no podía hacer nada , dicen k haga una denuncia con la policía aquí , pero si será estupido ese policía , donde me robaron fue allá en su hotel de Barcelona . Otra cosa cómo puede ser k ese hombre estaba muy tranquilo sentado en la sala del hotel esperando a quien robar , yo estaba relajada

- Lo peor el robo k me hicieron , yo deje copias Demi identificación en su hotel , por favor hagan una denuncia con la policía de Barcelona online , le estaría muy agradecida

- ATTENTION! Mon fils a eu un empoisonnement alimentaire au restaurant du bar...en plus que le service a été extrêmement long! Même les autres tables autour de nous se faisait servir les mauvais plats, etc.... Nous avons eu une nuit blanche a cause de la mauvaise qualité de la nourriture! En plus nous n'avons eu aucune compensation financière le lendemain matin pour le restaurant! Nous sommes très déçu de la tournure des événements! On nous a même obstiné sur la cause comme si nous avions inventé ça! J'étais complètement insulté que la gérante mette en doute ma parole! J'ai seulement demandé un remboursement de ma facture du restaurant qui correspondait à environ 45$ sur une facture d'hôtel au total de 350$! Arrivé à l'hôtel à 21h30 reparti à 07h00 c'est très cher payé pour ne pas pouvoir dormir et en plus être malade à cause d'une intoxication! De plus, j'avais déjà payé pour le déjeuner....évidemment mon fils n'a rien mangé! Pas eu de compensation non plus pour ça! Arrivé à l'aéroport épuisé pour prendre notre vol de retour! J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de l'aéroport! Nous arrivions de vol de Grenade en pm et repartions le lendemain matin tôt vers Montréal donc nous avions besoin d'une bonne nuit de sommeil avant le retour! Très mauvaise expérience, très cher et surtout une très mauvaise gestion de la situation de la part de la gérance de l'hôtel! Un gros 0

- I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel near the airport. From the very beginning, it was nothing but problems, and I cannot stress enough how unacceptable the experience was. First and foremost, your so-called airport shuttle service is a complete farce. It is entirely unreliable, with no clear information about where or when it departs. If you have a larger piece of luggage, don’t even bother expecting to be accommodated – you’ll simply be told to take a taxi. This is not a service; it’s a scam. Secondly, there was no hot water in the evening, and shockingly, no hot water in the morning either. Taking a cold shower before a flight is an outrageous inconvenience, and your staff’s response only added insult to injury. They arrogantly insisted there was hot water, blatantly lying to our faces. Lastly, your staff’s attitude was absolutely disgraceful – unhelpful, dismissive, and shockingly arrogant. They didn’t provide solutions; instead, they made excuses and treated us as if we were the problem. To make matters worse, even the taxi driver we eventually had to hire mentioned that many guests complain about the same issues. This speaks volumes about your hotel’s repeated failures and lack of accountability. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to stay far away. The service is abysmal, the facilities are inadequate, and the staff’s behavior is beyond unprofessional. You do not deserve to be called an airport hotel or to hold any star rating whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

- We stayed in the same room. There was a mix up with the reservations and we were double charged. I explained that we stayed in the same room but they refused to reimburse. Hugely disappointed.

+ La habitación es cómoda.y la cama también.... el baño está limpio y cumple su función.

- El bus de cortesía tardo más de una hora, tuvimos que pagar un taxi. Al llegar MARIA en recepción nos atendió muy mal, casi culpandonos de la demora, faltando el respeto, demorandonos más en discutir que en solucionar. Por supuesto llegamos enojados ya que hacían +30 Grados, con dinero encima y el peligro de BCN. Nunca se le hablo mal, solo reclamamos lo justo, luego de 5 min de "discucion" tome el papel de la habitación e intenté subir, ella se molesto y a mis espaldas indico que " podía ser más maja" que " iba a darme un servicio " pero como me fui no lo consideraba. Le explique que entienda que estábamos cansados, que no me parecía correcto como actuaron ymenos sus malas formas. Continuo en su postura ( más allá de que se le pidió perdon) . Nos sentimos discriminados por ser Argentinos, por "demorad" ( por culpa del hotel) . Llegamos a el aeropuerto a las 18 y a el hotel subimos a las 20... para que se imaginen. Esta persona es una mal educada sin vocación para su labor, ojalá algún día venga a. ARGENTINA donde será bien recibida y aprenderá buenos modales. O que tan solo mire a su costado a Carlos, su compañero quien inmediatamente no dio una solución... en fin , pésimo no recomiendo ni volvería.

+ The hotel was very comfortable. We loved the dry sauna and pool. The food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and fabulous. The waiter and front desk lady were very friendly. The free airport shuttle was a bonus!

+ Como siempre que hemos reservado este hotel para poder descansar antes o después de un vuelo, todo es perfecto. El transfer desde el aeropuerto, el personal de recepción y el restaurante, la habitación. Todo un 10. Volveremos.

+ The provision of shuttle services from and to airport is excellent. On day of arrival (although it took me some time to find PG and the lift from level to ground level was not working I was stranded as I have not fully recovered from a recent surgical procedure, I was unable to carry my suitcase down the flights of stairs. Lucky there were 4 other persons going to PG one of them helped me. The shuttle bus was already waiting at the parking bay and the driver was very courteous and helpful. On day of departure I requested for 6.30 am shuttle to airport, the shuttle bus was punctual and drive was smooth. Thanks to the team at Salles Ciutat del Prat Barcelona Airport, in future when I have to stay near airport I will go to Salles. Keep up the excellent services. Angela
