Personal nicht super nett, aber ok. Am ersten Tag wollte ich ein Frühstück dazu buchen. Es hiess dann, wir haben kein Frühstück. Am nächsten Morgen stand da ein Frühstück. Auf meine Nachfrage hiess es: ja weil wir nicht jeden Tag ein Frühstück haben und sie das vorher nicht wissen, hat der Mitarbeiter das gesagt (??). Das Frühstück war dann naja - die Butter war weich (weil nicht gekühlt) und die Gipfeli nicht frisch.
Personal not super nice, but ok. The first day I wanted to book a breakfast to go with it. It means then, we have no breakfast. The next morning there was a breakfast. On my request it means: yes because we don't have breakfast every day and you didn't know that beforehand, the employee said that (??). The breakfast was then naja - the Butter was soft (because not cooled) and the Gipfeli not fresh.
Mogę śmiało polecić. Hotel zlokalizowany w pobliżu największych atrakcji. Przyjemna, miła atmosfera. Czułem się bezpiecznie.
Mycket fräscht och trevligt. Inga problem att dela badrum med andra då det fanns många. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal och perfekt läge. Toppen att slinka bort till Gamberini längre bort på gatan för frukost. Vi bor gärna här igen!
Very fresh and nice. no problem sharing the bathroom with others as there were many. very nice and helpful staff and perfect location. toppen att slinka bort till Gamberini further away on the street for breakfast. we would love to stay here again!
The hostel was nicely situated, it wasn't too far away from the train station. The hostel itself was clean & the room was perfect even with no AC, the shared facilities weren't an issue.
Its a lovedy place, I recommend!!! Everything was so good!!!

Great room, nice staff, and a delicious breakfast.
Very friendly staff and a perfect location. The rooms, the staircase with the old elevator and the furniture made us feel like in an italian opera and it gave the extra touch to our trip to the beautiful city of bologna. Every employee was super nice and very helpful at the check-in and when we had questions. Maybe it was a little bit noisy, but this was mostly because we slept with open windows on the busy via ugo bassi. I’d defenitely recommend the place for everyone who loves italy....

Big clean family room looking out onto Main Street. Fantastic location, walked everywhere. Extremely helpful staff.free breakfast and tea and coffee. Very cool old building and lift to get to 4 th floor. Fantastic all round. Emily

Such a nice hostel with really friendly staff who were very helpful with booking our return taxi to the airport as well. Amazing location - so central and a 20 minute walk from Bologna central train station. There was a safe to leave laptops/ passports in the hostel room. Only small issue was that because it’s so central it was quite noisy at night and hard to sleep but other than that I really recommend this hostel!
We loved this place - our view was literally jaw dropping! You're right in the city center which is awesome, and the rooms were very nice. It says there is luggage storage, but that ended up being just leaving your luggage in the hallway by the room you were going to check into. Also, there wasn't really any common-space to meet or hang out with people. Otherwise, we loved this! It was a great experience!
Very helpful staff made visit agreeable. However, I was unable to access my e-mails.
