+ I met the owner, he was kinda friendly
- My stay at this hostel was an absolute nightmare. The place was filthy, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. The kitchen was practically useless—there weren’t enough basic utilities to cook anything properly. On top of that, the hostel seemed to allow questionable guests who made other travelers feel uncomfortable. I don’t care where people come from, but when they are loud, disruptive, and make others feel unsafe, it becomes a real issue. To make things worse, the staff was completely unorganized. There was confusion over my payment, and it felt like one of the volunteers was trying to steal the money for themselves. I was unfairly dragged into this mess, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had. Stay away unless you want to deal with dirt, pests, and sketchy management!

- Sono rimasto 2 notti , il 2° giorno ci comunicano che l'unica doccia e fuori servizio fino alle 23/24. Del tutto fuori logica , fare manutenzione con ospiti nella struttura . La doccia veniva aperta dopo mio sollecitoalle 23.30. Camere non pulite , capelli sul pavimento . Assenza di tende oscuranti . Sacchi di biancheria sporca per i 2 giorni nel corridoio. Mi fermo qui .
The hostel we booked was overbooked. Leaving us feel quite unsafe. They offered us a different place that was a lot lower in standards at the YUGO hostel for a lower price. Pros: - Nice lounge area, fine kitchen - Plugs near beds, okay storage areas - Comfy beds, bedding provided - Location Cons: - After doing laundry, 4 pairs of underwear went ”missing” with minimal compensation or accountability - No toilets had locks on - Only one of two showers had a closing door; this one flood...
+ Location was perfect. If you will residance VIP rooms there is better than other
- There is no climate in rooms. Beds were not enough clear. Stuff was some rude.
No lockers, looted bathroom for the number of guests, bad beds. Good host at below average circumstances
Reservamos una habitacion para 4 viajeros, nos separaron en distintas habitaciones. Al llegar por la noche encontramos a una persona durmiendo en el sofa de la habitacion, supuestamente tenia reserva, pero por un problema de la web no tenia habitacion, muy mala gestion.

- Banyo küçük temiz değil ve güvenli değil. Yatak gıcırdıyordu.
+ Positive moments: • Location in the city centre! • Price (the best thing about this hostel) • People. It’s strange but there are so many interesting people from different countries in this hostel. • Apartment’s vibe. The hostel is located in the old apartments — there are old windows, doors.
- Negative moments: • Dirty! The bad was clean but other parts of this place… very dirty. For example, I didn’t cook a breakfast, dinner so was really dirty. • Not safe. The host told me that he didn’t have keys to the wardrobe. And…. When i was out of hostel my things were unsafe :) And it was with everyone who staying in this hostel

The staff is only ready to accept people when the downstairs Cafe is open. You must call (no email), even though check in is supposed to be until 2300. The 4 bedroom is 5 beds and does not lock. Security lockers do not work. The terrace outside the dorm window, same level, is used for smoking at all hours so leaving the window open is bad. The single shower room is shared between all Beds in the hostel. It was always wet, even the top of the toilet seat. The toilets (2) ran out of tp.

+ Best location you could ever ask for! Excellent fair price for stay, I stayed 2 nights, no issues at all. The guy who called Samuel was very helpful. I got an early check in as well, smooth no issues! Great location in front of the market. Thank you for this! * AIRPORT BUS IS LEAVING JUST NEXT TO THE PLACE, in front of the chapel but google is giving you the wrong direction.
- More cleaning especially in the kitchen

+ La ubicación es excelente y la cama muy cómoda. El personal es muy amable.
- Debajo del hostel hay un bar en el cual había un fiesta y estuvo sonando música hasta la 1 de la madrugada. Por otro lado, había un par de hombres extraños, parecían estar borrachos (uno de ellos se tiró media noche durmiendo encima de la mesa de la cocina) y no limpiaban el baño cuando lo usaban (todo meado).

+ Location is great. Good size rooms. Small kitchen, clean, with range top for cooking and small fridge, no microwave. Clean, well organized, small hostel. Good opportunity to meet other travelers.
- No microwave, only 1 shower, which can mean quite a wait if they are near capacity. Only accept cash which was not clear when booking.

- The room that I was had a outside the main window a strong street light and the noice all night long the tram was really noisy what make sleeping quite difficult,

+ Strategic place, Amazing stuff, Hatim was so helpful and so kind.
- The shower could be more clean, but also Travellers need to be more thoughtful and clean after they used the shower. But it's good 👍
I really had a great time in FB Boutique Hostel. Safe place, very clean, the room has enough space, very confortable. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. Even you can do the laundry (with payment of course, but cheaper than in Montenegro or Croatia). Downstairs there is a cafe where you can also enjoy nice food, Bosnian coffee and other drinks (I recommend mojito and if it is cold, take a drink of gin and orange, so delicious).

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect location, super clean, and very cozy. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and make you feel at home from the first moment. Comfortable beds, great atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again
