El lugar en sí, es lindo . Pero los baños jamás fueron limpiados durante el día que estuve , el papel higiénico se terminó el día que llegué y a la mañana siguiente , 10 de la mañana y aún no reponían. La cocina casi sin equipar , muy básica. Si le pusieran un poco más de cariño podrían subir la calidad .

More expensive than a hotel. Zero security. I was changing in my locked private bedroom when someone used a keycard to open my door. A ton of house rules like you can’t drink anything inside of the room not even water. Why not stay at a hotel then. The bed was like something you slept on when you were five. Only positives were the location. I left after the first night. I paid for three.

I’ve stayed at dozens of hostels around Europe and this experience was by far the worst. Despite some superficial claims of being LGBTQ friendly, the staff was fundamentally disrespectful to me as a queer traveler. Never had such an experience at a hostel. Avoid this place! Also the breakfast was gross

Bed bugs. Bathroom on the next floor. Terrible pillow, had to make one myself. I gave them 2 days to contact me including email about bed bugs, there was nothing in response. I had a nice view from my room but apart from that it was very average normally. Bed bugs = very poor.

Great place, beautiful building, friendly staff! No one tells you this but the student noise levels in the outside plaza on a weekday night are unheard of and last past midnight during back to school. Beware of coming the first few weeks of September.

The staff were super good and very good to me to upgrade my room even though I’d booked it on the wrong day! However, the bathrooms were not very clean, and there didn’t feel like any social energy to the place. Wasn’t the best experience for a solo traveller but fine to stay for one night!

Overall a fine hostel in a great location. The noise outside of the bars close by did wake me up at night. Also, they have lockers, but they don’t work. Vibe was a bit nonexistent, in my last day there were mostly older people. On the other side, the guy who checked me in and out was super friendly and the room/bed was comfortable!

After walking up to the hill to the hostel, it is located in a nice part of the city with many young people near the uni. The staff is really nice, but the hostel was pretty empty and there were no events, so not great for socializing. But as I said there are a lot of young students in the city so i guess in some bars its easier. There was a lot of stuff not working like some sinks, showers, toiletts or the dryer. The toiletts are quite dark and in some showers the water isn‘t draining.

The worst bed I've ever slept in. The lighting was so poor in the room that I could not do any work. The female staff was incredibly rude and always made me feel that I was inconveniencing them if I had a question. The make staff were very pleasant. You also have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the front door, if people are sitting on the porch.

Rooms were very tiny, couldn’t open more than 2 storage lockers at once in an 8 person room, all the bathrooms were kinda gross and smelled bad, staff was soooo nice though. It was cold outside at night in Porto but there was no airflow inside and it was very hot in the rooms. Also not enough showers for the amount of people.

Prachtig gebouw met indrukwekkende stijl en historie. De muren vol met spreuken over de rechten van het kind. Een voorrecht om hier te slapen in het hart van de stad vlak naast de oude kathedraal

Comme un hôtel des grandes chaînes mais à un prix moindre.Situé sur un site exceptionnel.Il faut arrêter à cet endroit.Meilleur hôtel jusqu’à présent dans notre voyage.

Ubicación ideal, habitaciones grandes y limpias.

Struttura in pieno centro accanto alla bellissima vecchia cattedrale. Ostello molto bello con ambienti che ricordano un Palazzo nobile con alti soffitti e dotazioni ottime. Alle pareti molte scritte che danno agli ambienti una grande personalità. Letto comodo e buoni servizi. Uno degli ostelli migliori mai provati.

Nice and confortable hostel. The man at the front desk was very kind.

Stayed one night in 10-person female dorm with only one other person. This is a really cool building and an amazing location - you could see Sé Velha from the room and it felt like staying in a castle! Facilities look good and clean on first glance, but there were some things I definitely didn't love. Your pillow and towel are stored in the lockers, the same place people are storing dirty suitcases, bags, etc. My sheets had what looked like food flakes in them. You do have an outlet and reading...

Great location and price. Staff were friendly and happy to help. I was lucky to have a dorm to myself for 1 night. Perfect if you want a quiet place to stay

Great location, awesome staff, and a really lovely building!

Very lovely hostel in a great location close to the University. Bedroom and bathroom impeccable. Good hot showers. Free parking just up the hill, 5 minutes walk, of you can find a spot. Only negative point for me was the quite loud carousing that went on just below my window till about 2am on a Tuesday night. I'm a light sleeper.. I would ask for a room on the side away from the street another time.

Nice night here. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Big shout out to them. Good location. Best shower I’ve had anywhere haha and also nice decor and history to the building
