Rooftop City Residence

+ No nos hospedamos en este alojamiento. Informamos por telefóno al llegar, solo dos horas antes enviaron un mensaje explicando cómo hacer check in, cuando en booking aparece como si fuera un hotel. Varios días antes de llegar escribimos solicitando un check in más temprano para ser pagado, debido a nuestro horario de llegada, al cual el alojamiento rechazó, pero no explicó por qué. Cuando llegamos a Budapest nos dimos cuenta que era un apartamento, y era autocheck in, llamamos al número telefónico y dijeron que no podían ayudarnos, solo que enviaramos un correo, al cual respondieron ya cuando estabamos en otro hotel.

- Diese Unterkunft ist am 6 Stock eines Hauses um Schlüssel zu bekommen sie brauchen 1 Stunden und der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig und ist nicht direkt im Hotel für den Preis Leute bekommt was besseres in Budapest

+ Mutfak çalışanlari güler yüzlü ve kibar insanlardı.

- Zor oyun seviyorsanız oteli tercih edin. Hayir ben sakin, huzurlu bir yerleşmek ve konaklamak istiyorum diyorsanız uzak durun.

+ Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Özellikle kahvalti salonunda çalışanlar.

- Akşam geç saatte ulaştık. Otelin yerini gösteren herhangi bir tabella yoktu. Kapida bizi kimse karşılamadi. Çalışanlar olmadan bir sistem oluşturmaya çalışmışlar. Şifreler, kapilar, kartlar derken oyunda bölüm canavarını bin bir türlü zorlukla geçmeye calişan gamerlar olduk. Tesadüfen bize yardimci olana biri olmasaydi hala girememis olabilirdik. O yüzden otelden uzak durun. Düşük puani hakkediyor.

- External exit with key is fire safety hazard; check in procedure complex and painful; sad neighbourhood; smelt of chemical cleaning product; student hostel at hotel price point. 10am check out is world record

+ Das Frühstück und die Aussicht, sowie die Lage waren gut.

- - das Bad hat sehr ekelig gestunken - in unserem Bett haben wir Haare von anderen Leuten gefunden - eine Lampe war kaputt - durch die Wände hat man den Lärm anderer Leute gehört - die Ausstattung war nicht hochwertig - hatte eher Hostel-Vibes

+ The shared spaces were clean with good outdoor area to sit. Great for travel connections around the city.

- The bathroom smelled of sewage, with the odour coming up through the shower drain. We told staff on three different occasions and we were not moved or offered anything fir the obvious inconvenience. We had to sleep with the bathroom fan on to keep the roon smelling bearable. When we checked out, the member of staff on the desk did admit that they had had problems and complaints from other people who had stayed in the accommodation. Room 22 really is to be avoided, unless the owners fix the issue.

- the linens were not clean. i had the impression they were not even changed. There were hairs all over. The shower was broken, and it the shower head dropped on my head.

+ В пешей доступности от вокзала Келети, можно без проблем дойти с чемоданами-экономия на такси 😊 Отношение персонала и самого владельца отеля- как-будто ты самый дорогой гость и тебя так ждали! Идеальная чистота, минимализм и аккуратность. Вкусный кофе в номере-комплимент от отеля, большое спасибо! Будем рекомендовать ваш отель и с удовольствием вернемся снова.

+ Nice staff very helpful, room is a good size and comfortable.Hotel is above a multi storey car park.but easy to find Hotel is close to a few Chinese and Indian restaurants good food.

+ Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, nicht beengt wie viele andere Zimmer in Großstädten. Es war Sauber und trotz der sehr nahen Lage zum Bahnhof Keleti, doch recht ruhig. Der Ausblick sowohl vom Zimmer (wir hatten sogar einen Balkon), als auch von der Dachterrasse sehr schön. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, es gab verschiedene Speisen und Getränke. Sehr gute Kommunikation zum Anbieter, da wir später angereist waren als geplant und leider auch zu früh wieder weiter mussten, ging alles perfekt über den Schlüsselsave, inklusive Foto Anleitung.

- Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

+ Близько до вокзалу, торгових центрів, метро. Чудовий, ввічливий персонал. Простора тераса. Чисті кімнати. Кавоварка. Ми мали змогу залишити свої 5 валіз після виселення і піти гуляти містом.

+ Sehr leckere Frühstück mit hausgemachten gerichten. Personal sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Familien geführte Hotel. 10 min. Zu Fuß zu Arena Plaza und ca. Halbe Stunde von Heldenplatz entfernt.
