Koncept Hotel International

No staff to speak to, apart from cleaners & woman serving limited breakfast. Woken up early every morning by engineering equipment/ loud building noise outside the room-emailed to complain and told that normal when staying in a city. No alternative room offered/ no compensation. No policy for reasonable adjustments as per disability legislation when cancelling a booking. Beautiful fixtures & fittings & cleaners amazing but no customer service. Would NEVER stay there again-would not recommend

V cold atmosphere with no one around. No staff and no one in the common areas. Had some issues during our stay but all they had was a chat bot that did absolutely nothing to help. In a super dodgy area with people doing drugs outside and nearby. Felt very unsafe. Mentioned disappointment in the chat but guess what, they did feck all. Floors in the room aren’t level and we found condoms behind furniture.

La chambre était vetuste notamment sur les sanitaires et des tâches étaient présentes sur les poufs dans la chambre. Nous n'avons vu aucun personnel de l'hôtel nous sommes pourtant arrives vers 14h,30 et nous sommes repartis à 10h30. Le rouleau de papier toilettes n'avait pas été changé nous nous sommes donc demandés si le ménage avait été fait.

Really nice but more like a hotel. No staff on site so it feels empty. People did not use the common spaces. Location is ideal, short walks to main attractions

Overall okay for a short city break. Pros were stylishly decorated, very handy to check in at any time as it is self serve, breakfast downstairs at the breakfast bar was good. Everything worked in my room, plenty of toilet paper and soap/shower gel, windows were good at blocking out noise from close road and air con was good. Close to Poststrasse tube station which was convenient. Cons were 15 mins walking distance to tourist attractions, no staff ie reception/security, no restaurant

Rooms are extremely nice and clean, very good value for what you pay for. However, is self check-in so there is no staff anywhere if you have any enquiries or want to ask anyone for local recommendations. Also the luggage storage for the hotel would not fit a large suitcase or large pack - more of a small backpack would only fit in. We had to store our bags elsewhere because of this.

Sehr cool, als digital. Trotzdem gibt es die Möglichkeit eine Tür Karte zubekommen. Was nicht so gut war, ist das kleine Frühstück. Wer sich vegan ernährt, hast Pech gehabt. Sonst alles top!

Cool place - there’s no staff there, you just use your phone to get in to everything. But it was a really good deal for the price.

It was very nice. Comfortable bed and clean spaces. The only negative aspect were the rugs near the bed, that were a little bit dirty but still the whole experience was very nice. Close to the Ubahn with which you can arrive to the most popular and active spots of the city. I will definitely suggest this hotel to my acquaintances.

Easy enough process to get into the hotel/hostel and then check in to make my key cards. It is a bit odd to have no staff, but the check-in process is pretty straightforward!

Really nice Hostel in the heart of Cologne. Towels included and changed every second day. Had a minor issue when I booked and the people on the phone were extremely nice snd helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. 15-20 minute walk from the museums, the central station, Christmas Markets and the bar and restaurant scene. Rooms were modern in design, shower and water temperature was excellent, and bed was comfortable.

It was unusual to arrive at the hotel and enter with a code and see very few staff in the lobby. But then you get used to the self-service concept of the hotel. The facilities are modern, comfortable and clean. We liked the locker area for luggage storage. It is spacious and without having to introduce money you can store your luggage to get to know the city until check in. The room is modern and comfortable. The dividing panel between the bathroom and bedroom can be darkened with a switch.
