overrated for the price. I mean it's still good, but is run like a business and overpriced imo

WE GOT ROBBED AT GUNPOINT CLOSE TO THE HOSTEL The accomodation of the hostel is just fine, location is also pretty good. BUT the host didn’t warn us about the dangers of walking home from the ‘el publado’ region. We got robbed with two guns and a knife 100m from the hostel. Afterwards we heard the same thing happend to a girl who was stabbed three days prior. Staff should’ve warned us prior before leaving, therefore 0/10.

Good and overall safe location. Some of the staff was very friendly others not so much. Very clean bathrooms. The equipment of the private room was very basic. No wardrobe or dresser or anything else to leave your stuff. Also the room was pretty small. The place itself isn't bad, but way overcharged for what it is. For the price of the private room you can get an whole apartement 5 times the size with ptivate bathroom and kitchen just one block away. Wouldn't go there again for a private room.

Very nice place, very safe, staff are good and also the owner (you can see him every morning) , atmosphere so friendly and i gonna miss the dog called valentino

I thoroughly enjoyed the social communal atmosphere. I joked that it was “club black sheep.” The location is great, lots of options for food. We had a room on the second floor, and we didn’t hear the club. But there was only one shared toilet on that floor, with two showers. And Our room was at least 10-13 degrees warmer than it was outside at all times. An air con would have been perfect. The staff are super helpful. Recommend for sure!

I found the hostel clean and the staff very helpful. However, it is very overpriced for what it has to offer and it is also located in the most expensive/posh are of Medellin. If you need food in the neighbourhood it will cost you a lot unless you go to the supermarket. This is a social hostel during the weekend for the electronic fans mostly. I found it very hard to find people in this hostel that are interested in something else. There are no activities organised by the hostel either.

Don’t know why this hostel is so overrated and recommended. The common area is way to small for all the people and the dorms are warm and stinky, nearly no windows there. They make everyone leave at 1 am and the private room didn’t get cleaned a single time in 5 days.

There was no locker anywhere.I only stayed there one night and had to leave my things in a different hostel.

Really social and fun, I read online that the wifi was great and planned on doing some work but was unable to connect nearly the entire time. Other than that great spot!

Good but better options around

Really clean, spacious and great atmosphere. Amazing kitchen and cheap beers. Loads of common areas. Only downside was the private room I booked was noisy from the party atmosphere (to be expected but still annoying when you want to see the city and not just party every day) and also pretty warm at night despite the fan, so I think it could have been a bit cheaper. But would deffo recommend and would stay here again despite these things. One of the best places I’ve stayed

Great hostel if you love Brits as the hostel is very popular amongs them. It's super social hostel but not a party one. Staff is super nice. I liked that there are both en-suite bathrooms and plenty in the hallway.

10/10 hostel! Best facilities, good kitchen, drinking water, super clean, spacious rooms! Very friendly staff and super social! Love the£1 beers!! Would recommend to anyone

Good place. Lots of stuff in the showers broken, no soap, small kitchen. Nice first floor with hammocks, the famous table outside and the general vibe is cool when you just got out of school and enjoy that party vibe, but the nonstop smoking and drinking is a bit tiring. Both main areas to chill outside allow smoking. Good staff and comfortable beds, overall nice setup and clean. Locker room and laundry service is nice ! Would improve drastically with the table area being non smoking, more sinks...

This was probably our favourite hostel we have stayed at in South America! It was the perfect balance of social and relaxing. The staff were amazing - especially Daniel who upgraded us to a private room and gave us lots of tips on the area!! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Medellin

The hostel is great, very social (depends on the people staying there but could be considered party hostel). The staff were sweet and helpful! Many activities to do around, nice ammenities. The only thing missing are curtains in the beds, I stayed in a 4dorm so I managed without, but could imagine it would be a bit annoying in the bigger dorms.

definitely a party hostel, seems to attract a lot of British men (was put in a mixed dorm w/ 3 of them) who got quite loud at night. could have more sinks for the number of people there and there was a weird gap between the bed and the wall for one of the upper bunks. otherwise decent location, nice quiet neighborhood. terrace is nice.

Great hostel for solo travellers! Really easy to meet other people and friendly vibe. Kitchen is well stocked with a supermarket nearby for travellers looking to save money. Staff really helpful.

Was very sociable and a nice place to stay at for the days I was there! Even the 12-bed room was quiet;)).

Really nice hostel, even as a solo traveler, it’s easy to connect with people and socialize before heading into town for food or a night out. The facilities are clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the staff is friendly too. I would definitely recommend it.

Este lugar tiene pura magia colombiana. The staff are the best there is: Carlos, Juli, and everyone are doing an impeccable job. Can’t wait to be back.

Great hostel for socializing. Got a private room with shared bathroom and everything was clean. Staff were super friendly, they have a big kitchen with everything you need. Highly recommended!

This place is so great. I love the table in the front for socializing. I wish the beds had curtains but no complaints here. Staff is so nice and attentive and most importantly the place was super clean. Would come back!

Best hostel I have stayed at in Colombia. The location was great being only a short walk to El Poblado and the metro station. Beds were comfy, showers clean and kitchen facilities good. The most social hostel I have stayed at with the table outside being perfect for meeting people and socialising

Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed! REALLY appreciated how clean it was, especially for a hostel! The cheap beers, fresh open air hang out areas, and quiet neighborhood was lovely. The restaurant Media Nueves close by had the best coffee and food!

Lovely location with a stunning sunset every day. Super friendly staff and a good opportunity to get your cardio in getting uo the hill :)

Definitely one of the most social hostels I’ve been too! Shout out to the staff they were the best!
