- 旅舍海报里张贴好几个free walking tour，我报了名，但是旅舍把徒步旅行游外包了给其他团队，徒步游结束后，导游要每个人给他小费不少于50000 比索。Free walking tour is NOT free! 和旅舍工作人员反馈了这事，他们说钱既然付出去了，就要不回来钱，如果你对我态度不好，我可以让你离开旅舍！徒步游和我没任何关系，那个导游也走了！ 另外，住了两晚，旅舍让我搬出来，说房间是女生宿舍。我搬出来后，办了行李寄存后就去加入徒步游，到了下午两点想放行李到房间，但服务人员不允许，让我三点入住。其实他们的床位有几个空的，我和旅舍小哥反应了这事，他立马让我入住，但很奇怪，那天为啥男生宿舍还是有女生住？ 总之，这次入住让我失望，希望大家不要踩坑。
- I was assigned to a bed and they allowed someone else to throw my things on the floor and take my bed. The staff did not help trying to get the bed back. I was then assigned to a 6 bed room when I paid for a 4 bed. The new bed had bed bugs. I complained and they changed me to another bed that was even more infested. I left the hostel.
- Resultó que al señor del restaurante se le perdio un tarro de propinas el muy descarado me acuso a mi después de fui su cliente, cuando fui confrontarlo el señor de la vergüenza ni cara me dió Es un absoluto irresponsable acusarme de semejante cosa cuando lo único que hice fue ser el cliente de ellos en restaurante y en la estadía. Estoy en proceso de poner una demanda por difamación y calumnia ya que la respuesta de los señores del Hostel fue negarme la entrada sin escucharme

- First, how it is possible to put on base slats that make a lot of noise as soon as you move and then after going up the problem they changed the slats of my bed but they kept the one from the bed next to mine, and the worst is that despite going up the problem They put someone on one of that bed that makes noise so second night without sleep... So instead of replacing everything they only move the problem.. Second thing, at 7am at the hostel they put on very loud music, preventing having a few more hours sleep. In addition only one staff who speaks English, who is not often there, so the communication is very difficult in a hostel which welcomes several foreigners. The breakfast that has never existed even if i wanted to pay for it.. In addition, the place is not too safe. It's sure in a hostel I don't expect anything of quality but then this hostel completely disappointed me and from one day to another we just accumulate fatigue.
They told me I can’t dry my towel and my other stuff in the room, so they made me put it in the room where they dry the bed sheets. When I wanted to leave and get my stuff, everything was gone. They didn’t care and one employee even laughed at that. They made me wait for an hour and then one of my things suddenly appeared. The others were still missing. Next day they sent it to me with Uber because I didn’t have time for picking it up and made me pay 15mil for that. Incredibly audacious!

- Giant and juicy cockroach found in the room 🐛. No privacy in the private room due to the window facing the common terrace for smokers🚬. Impossible to sleep as We've heard them talking just behind our heads through the thin window🔊. There was a lot of noise form the street and clubs around too and noisy ventilator in the room. No hot water! ❄️ Pocket size room, no space for the luggage.

- Jamás volvería solamente por el personal. La señora de la noche nos dio la peor noche de nuestro viaje, tango así que hasta tuve q llamar a la policía. Simplemente porque iba una persona más, por más que le insistí qué nos cobrará el adicional no quiso y la situación se volvió tan tensa q se llamo a la policía, cuando la policía llego la señora acepto cobrar por la persona adicional. Así que mejor no vengan, además no hay agua caliente en la ducha, y cuando llegamos la habitación tenía preservativos usados en los botes de basura
We had a room without a window and it smelled strange. But the worsest was that the lightswitcher was broken and we got electrocuted. And the location of the hostel is not the best and the staff was undfriendly and not competent. They can’t answer any of our easy questions like about the football games.

Personnel très sympathique , espaces communs assez grands et confortables, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Bémol sur le lieu, pas le meilleur quartier de mon point de vue bien que proche du tram donc pratique. Chaleur dans les chambres, ventilateurs à disposition mais bruyants. Des petites bêtes sous nos sac et des casiers pas suffisamment grands pour ranger les back pack.
Very friendly staff, fairly large and comfortable common areas, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Bémol on the spot, not the best neighborhood from my point of view although close to the tram so convenient. Heat in the rooms, fans available but noisy. Small animals under our bags and lockers not big enough to store the backpacks.

- Kleine kamer voor 2 personen. S'avonds geen prettige buurt. Om de hostel in en uit te steeds belletje moeten drukken. Gaf een gesloten gevoel. Niet een prettig gevoel aan overgehouden.
The shower was top notch. small room for 2 people. no nice neighborhood at night. to get in and out of the hostel you have to ring the bell all the time. it gives a closed feeling. no nice feeling of being overwhelmed.
Great hostel, very social and many activities going on. Juan helped me with everything and the whole staff is very kind.

+ Para mí ha sido una buenísima experiencia. El trato al cliente excepcional ..Sus trabajadores super amables. Y a destacar Ángel . Que como bien su nombre dice es un Ángel. Super servicial muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Para mí ha sido un descubrimiento de persona. Agradecida al trato recibido tanto de él como de sus compañeras. Sin duda recomendaré y volveré . Es un lugar con mucho encanto.

For me it was a very good experience. The exceptional customer service..His super friendly workers. And to highlight Ángel . Who as his name says is an Angel. Super helpful very kind and helps you in everything you need. For me it was a discovery of persona. Grateful for the treatment received both from him and his colleagues. I will definitely recommend and return. It is a place with a lot of charm. I can't say anything bad about it

+ Sehr, sehr sauber! Super Küche! Eines der besten Hostels.
- Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral, aber in einen sehr schlechten Viertel mit vielen Obdachlosen und Drogensüchtigen.
+ El acceso, llegué al lugar alrededor de las 2:30am y pude ingresar sin problema. El personal es muy amable y servicial tanto en la madrugada como en horas de la mañana, muy aseado y muy organizado.
- Lastimosamente en la noche el sector puede ser de cuidado pero el acceso es rápido entonces no hay problema con la hora de llegada y la atención aunque se hace de manera remota, es muy facil de hacer.
Wonderful stay at Centro Hostel Medellín, a superb place in the Candelaria district. We had a double room with private bedroom, very comfortable, and the common area is well equipped and kept perfectly clean. We found a couple of cockroaches in our bathroom, but I'm sure the staff is doing everything they can to eliminate them. Special mention to the free coffee in the morning. Can only recommend.
Staff was a little rude. I think they need more training in customer service. However, I felt safe in the hostel and it was clean. Centrally located within walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

- Checking muy tarde y checout muy temprano.
The partner tours offered by the hostel are really good, and it’s located close to a food court of sorts. Not mix in terms of atmosphere but wasn’t there long enough to truly comment.
