bed bugs when i was here and they attempted to have us sign an NDA in order to receive a refund that stated we would not leave a negative review… i did not sign it

Not for Solo travelers!!! There are a lot of Crazy and old 40, 50 people and Social Life does not exist in this Hostel. If you just want a Place to sleep it is good an clean. The staff are realy friendly.

Really poor value for money. The room was extremely poorly ventilated, it was a million degrees at night to the point where your breath turned into condensation. There were bugs in the bathroom on the first floor. For the high price, I would absolutely not stay here again.

I would have given 5 stars, but I came home with bedbug bites. I had to clean my entire house and wash or freeze everything. It wasn’t worth it. Additionally, the hostel was already aware of the problem and did not warn me!

L’hôtel est infesté de punaises de lit, à fuir!!! Le personnel en est conscient car énormément de personnes s’en sont plaintes mais aucune mesure n’est prise. N’y allez pas…

Only nice interior but very bad communication and services!

the groundfloor seems very chic and has quite a vibe. BUT i woke up at 2am covered in BED BUGS. if you want to sleep safely please sleep somewhere else!! after i complained, i was given another room. soon afterwards (around 3am) another person came in. turns out his bed was also full of bed bugs. in addition, the bathrooms were not very clean.

Bed bugs! I stayed here just for one night and it was enough to get bitten so bad. Now I am afraid I bought these bugs back to my home.

Great hostel, but someone in my room had 2-3 fully packed plastic bags of wet seemingly molding clothes on their bed wich had a crazy smell (unbearable for a night). When I brought it up to the guy working there, first he didn’t seem to care at all and then he said its my problem and all other dorm rooms are full. Then made me pay full price of a private room (130), that room then had mold in the bathroom but nothing crazy, definitely not worth it though . What a headache.

The staff were lovely however unfortunately during our stay we discovered bed bugs in one of the bunk beds. The staff were very accommodating however and put us in another room which was better. I think we were just unlucky that day with the bed however others looked clean. The breakfast in the morning was good.

This is one of my favorite hostels- extremely clean, everything looks new, awesome café n communal workspace, great airy n spacious, less than 10 minute subway ride to city center or an easy 25 minute walk. On the weekends just sets up in front, great shops, and restaurants and very cool contemporary museum nearby

Das Hostel war sehr gut. Ich habe ein Frauenzimmer 4er-Bett im 1.OG gebucht. Dort war alles sauber, keine Bedbug oder ähnliches. Das Bad wurde täglich gereinigt. Leider habe ich nur ein Handtuch und eine Badematte für 5 Tage erhalten, vielleicht wäre eine Art Handtuch"station" gut, wo jeder sich Handtücher nach Bedarf holen kann. Die Räume sind relativ hellhörig zum Hof hin, sowie unter dem Raum schien eine große Lüftungsanlage zu sein. Nachbarn hörte man nicht.

Hostel on the outskirts of milan- have to travel to get in and quite far from station. Have to pay to have your bags stored there!! Rooms were cosy and clean, and they have communal shower services not ensuite so no waiting needed Kitchen was nice but there was near to no cutlery and bowls and plates were sparse Overall was a lovely hostel, just a few bits i would have preferred different

One of the best hostels I have stayed at. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Muy recomendable

Honeslty just a great hostel. We booked a 6 man room and it was very nice. The location is right in front of a beautiful park to walk around and the breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hostel before.

Great vibe, respectful environment, music stops at reasonable time, very clean and a walking distance to town, was really great.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte, ma è stato tutto molto positivo. L'unica nota negativa: nelle camere c'è molto caldo. Abbiamo provato a dormire con la finestra aperta, ma giustamente di venerdì sera sui Navigli la gente fa festa e rumore.

Great hostel option; beds comfortable, room and bathroom clean, etc. Location is a bit far from most tourist spots but the metro is close and it is on the navigli district which is the night life.

Great hostel, very inviting and well designed, clean comfortable and great staff and bar downstairs. Bit of a noisy neighbourhood with lots of noise outside and a couple of stops on the metro out of town, however great value given this.

This hostel is super nice. Breakfast was also a really nice surprise as it was really really good!! I would definitely recommend this place.

Incredible experience- probably my best ever at a Hostel. The room was very clean- as was the bathroom. The facilities were great. Someone able to help at all hours. The one issue i had was my key card failing on multiple occasions but there was always someone who was able to assist with getting me a new key card. Very happy with this experience and I will look for Combo Hostels on my stays in other cities.

good stay option. not much of program arranged by hostel so you have to plan itinerary properly. tram stop is nearby.
