- Irreführende Informationen auf booking,.dass es eine Altersbegrenzung bis 35 gäbe, auch der Grund weshalb ich gebucht habe. Im Zimmer stellte sicher heraus, es gab hier durchaus(nachweislich!) ältere GästeDieses Verhalten grenzt an Betrug und ich fordere mein Geld zurück! Am nächsten Tag wollte ich den Manager sprechen, man hat mir stattdessen eine Visitenkarte in die Hand gedrückt wo ich mich hin wenden solle. Werde aufjedenfall rechtliche Schritte einleiten, falls es keine Rückerstattung gibt.

+ An die geschätzte Hotelleitung, Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hiermit möchte ich mich formell über die ungebührliche Behandlung durch einen Mitarbeiter der Rezeption während meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel beschweren. Bei meiner Ankunft erklärte ich dem Mitarbeiter deutlich, dass ich weder Deutsch noch Englisch lesen oder schreiben kann und bat höflich um Hilfe beim Ausfüllen der Formulare. Anstatt mir zu helfen, reichte er mir ein Blatt Papier und forderte mich auf, meinen Namen und meine Adresse selbst einzutragen. Ich zeigte ihm meinen Personalausweis und meinen Reisepass, damit er die Informationen abrufen konnte. Er weigerte sich jedoch kategorisch und behandelte mich unhöflich, voreingenommen und respektlos. Er erhob die Stimme und sagte in beleidigendem Ton: „Wenn es Ihnen nicht passt, können Sie gehen, und ich werde Sie aus dem System löschen.“ Diese Situation war mir sehr peinlich, insbesondere da andere Gäste anwesend waren und mich beobachteten. Ich fühlte mich dadurch gedemütigt und respektlos behandelt. Ich möchte klarstellen, dass der Mitarbeiter ein schlanker Mann mit blonden Haaren war, dessen Verhalten deutlich von extremer Anspannung und Nervosität geprägt war, was für jemanden im Gastgewerbe und Kundenservice unangemessen ist. Was mir widerfahren ist, verstößt gegen die grundlegendsten Prinzipien von Respekt, Menschlichkeit und Kundenservice, insbesondere gegenüber jemandem mit Sprachbarriere, dem hätte geholfen und nicht gedemütigt werden sollen. Ich fordere die Hotelleitung auf: - diesen Vorfall zu untersuchen - die notwendigen Maßnahmen zu ergreifen - sicherzustellen, dass sich ein solches Verhalten gegenüber keinem anderen Gast wiederholt

- Mężczyzna który przyszedł o północy do pokoju był głośny,chodził w nocy,sądząc po odgłosach z łazienki to nie tylko brał prysznic 😉o godz 9 rano gdy wstałam po nie przespanej nocy przez niego ,ten mężczyzna miał pretensje że chodzę,biorę prysznic a on chce spać a ja nie zwróciłam mu uwagi że nie spałam całą noc 😳

The hostel wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t much of a kitchen ( only a microwave and mini fridge). We were given a room on the -1 floor and it was just dark. The window only faced 2 beds so didn’t light up the other 6 beds and even with the lights on it still felt dark. However there were 2 toilets which is a plus. There’s lockers but you need a lock. If you’re in the bottom bunk there’s not much vertical space.
in my opinion, missed a free towel service, or at least, being capable to pay it with cash
Just not very good facilities, but excellent staff.

The beds were pretty terrible, not secure and if you’re tall you won’t fit on them. They wobble whenever someone moves. Other than that the hostel was alright, clean and nice staff.

Amei! Me senti segura, tanto dentro do hostel quanto fora. Achei as ruas ao redor seguras até de noite.
Great spot, brilliant bar, but the 10-bed dorm was a bit grim
staff was amazing, they switched my room so i was around people my age. However, not really a social hostel. You get what you pay for, it’s literally just a bed for the night. People also need to learn hostel etiquette - TWO guys in my room let their alarms play on and off for over 2 hours (6am-9am). Only plus was the security of the hostel, you had to use your room key to even get to the hallways with the rooms.

+ Zentrale Lage am Hbf. Kofferraum. Geräumige Zimmer für ein Hostel. Bad groß genug mit Handtuchwaermer.
- Kein Zahnputzbecher. Nur ein Badetuch pro Person und Handtücher gegen Leihgebühr von 2€/Stück. Fernseher ist als Hostel - DZ - Ausstattung Geschmackssache.

+ It was a good hostel for the price I paid. It was very clean and organized. The location was perfect.
- It could be better if the beds had a curtain or a little light so people could use before sleeping. The beds was a bit small for me.
