- Les chambres trop sombres, trop petites, on dirait une prison.

- Chambre trop petite, prix VRAIMENT TROP CHÈRE ! pour 130 euros la nuit dans une cellule. Même pas la place pour deux valise

+ Bon positionnement par rapport aux parcs Disney et au centre commercial, parking gratuit.

- Séjour très décevant : l’insonorisation est inexistante, et le store de la petite fenêtre ne couvre absolument pas les lumières du couloir. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir. Le plafond en bois amplifie encore plus les bruits, ce qui rend le repos difficile. Enfin, la propreté laisse à désirer, avec des traces douteuses aux murs, de la poussière sur la table de chevet et les équipements, et des taches sur le drap du lit. Pour une nuit censée être reposante, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur. La chambre est, de plus, extrêmement petite. Cela n’aurait pas été un soucis si le confort suivait derrière, ce qui n’est pas le cas.

- This isn't just a matter of the very poor quality of the Eklo Marne La Vallée hotel; it's primarily a matter of the hotel's dishonesty. After my stay, money was illegally debited from my account – the hotel had no right to do so. The procedure unfolded as follows: before I arrived at the hotel, money was blocked in my account, exceeding the cost of my stay. Upon check-in, I was asked for my credit card to pay for my stay. I pointed out that they had already blocked the funds in my account, but I was informed they would refund them. However, this never happened. About a month after my stay at this hotel, they falsely reported to Booking.com that I hadn't checked in, and based on this, they debited the previously blocked funds from my account. At first, I thought it was some kind of mistake on their part, but after contacting the staff, who showed no sign of responsibility or willingness to resolve the issue, I conclude that they did it deliberately and knowingly stole money from my account. I definitely do not recommend this hotel – it lacks security and professionalism. My stay was very disappointing, and the experience was absolutely negative. It's not worth the risk! However, if anyone decides to stay there, absolutely do not give them your card details!

+ Have stayed here before and it’s dead simple. However it’s changed since I was last here.

- Preauthorised my entire card for the stay. Despite it being marked as pay on arrival on Booking.com. Arrived at night at the Hotel to be told I would need to pay again. Only my pre authorisation wouldn’t be returned to me for three days. Explained that’s not how it works but was told the hotel changed its system to this and people have complained but nothing been done. So as of today I’ve paid twice as much for my stay and have to wait and hope they return it as promised. Was told it was just a deposit but it’s actually the entire amount. Why not just take a prepay rate? If you’re going to take the entire amount in advance and not return it until several days later it’s highly unethical and in ten years of hotel travel the first time I’ve had this. Don’t go until they sort this out otherwise you will be out of pocket double the cost of your stay.

+ Non cascate nella trappola! La camera è venduta come camera doppia ma è una camera singola, lo spazio è minuscolo non c’è posto nemmeno per mettere la valigia. Non ce l’aria condizionata ma un ventilatore minuscolo dal rumore fastidioso che sarete costretti ad accendere altrimenti manca l’aria. Se avessi pagato la metà sarebbe stato un prezzo equo. Sarebbe perfetta sono per una persona in viaggio di lavoro

- Lo spazio, è impensabile che vendano una camera di quella tipologia per due persone. Sono stato costretto a cambiare hotel.

+ Check in staff were friendly and one male bar staff was friendly

- 5 nights, no bed clothes changed, room not cleaned once, towels changed one time, premium prices for food and drink (€9 for a beer), and food is self service at premium prices. You are not allowed to lock your room from the inside as it might not unlock. TINY BOX ROOM (LIKE A MOBILE HOME) No curtains on the inside of the room, roller blind on the outside which can be moved by anyone to watch you sleeping. No air con. Noisy air vent in room. Plug in fan to circulate war air around the room. If you are bigger than a 30" waist then you will have difficulty moving past the sink to get to the toilet

- Winziges, stinkendes, dunkles und extrem heißes Zimmer mitten im Nirgendwo. Schon eine Nacht ist kaum auszuhalten, geschweige denn mehrere. Auch wenn Disneyland nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist, buchen Sie lieber eine Unterkunft, die etwas weiter entfernt liegt.

+ Propre et bien conçu. Idéal si on souhaite passer une nuit dans un établissement très correct aux tarifs attractifs.

- Kamers waren krap maar stond ook in de beschrijving nog geen klachten daarover

+ Personnel sympathique, chambre correcte. L'hôtel est bien placé pour aller à Disneyland, si vous n'êtes pas en voiture il y a un arrêt de bus proche qui amène directement là-bas.

- La salle de bain était très petite, ça peut être difficile s'habiller dedans.

- Auf den fotos sind das hotel (rezeption,bar/restaurant,zimmer) grösser aus.allerdings ist es sehr klein.der aufbau des eingangs (rezeption/bar) ist ok aber man merkt dass die fotos" richtig" gemacht wurden,vor ort wirkt es anders.die zimmer sind sehr klein und wir hatten 2 einzel bette anstatt eines doppelten,genauso wie das badezimmer sehr sehr klein war und nicht sehr sauber

+ L’accueil sympathique, nous avons été très satisfaits. L’établissement est vraiment très propre et agréable. La chambre super même si nous l’aurions appréciée un tout petit peu plus spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, varié et de qualité. Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait et nous recommandons cet hôtel.

+ Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was very clean and the included breakfat was lovely. The location was amazing; there is a large shopping mall a 5-minute drive away and on top of that it's very close to Disneyland Paris. There were sufficient amount of (free) parking spaces. Overall great experience!

- The rooms were very dark; the main light did not do much. The pictures showed a bunk bed on the lower half, this was not the case in either of our rooms. Our rooms had 2 top bunk beds, which resulted in one of our kids not being able to sleep there. So make sure to request that upon booking if you want a room with a lower bunk (which I'm sure they will accommodate). As other reviews mentioned it's quite noisy, especially if you're near the stairs and the bathrooms are tiny.
