Stayokay Arnhem

Room was dirty and some places hadnt been cleaned for weeks (lots of dust under beds and furnitures). Showers had no pressure, no lockers to keep your staff safe and no electrical plugs near beds. Plus you have to prepare the bed which is a terrible idea when people arrive in thr middle of the night. You have to wake everyone up to put on the sheets. Would not recommend.

One of the night staff was very rude, to the point where he seemed to take pleasure in turning me down. Security is non existent.

Staff where friendly, hostel was clean, but very in the middle of nowhere and not very modern. The breakfast was extremely picked over by the time I got there so ended up with toast and coffee. Not bad but not unreal

StayOkay Arnhem was endearingly like summer camp, in all the good/not-so-good ways. The overall ambiance/vibe was great feeling like you're in the mountains about to play tug-of-war. The rooms (I stayed in an 8-person bunkroom) were tiny w/no sitting space but in-room bathrooms were convenient. No cleaning happened which sucked in a shared room. Breakfast was included & sufficient! They even accommodated gluten-free allergies. 🙌🏼 Overall the price was great but location/cleanliness was ok...

Hostel ligt redelijk ver van alles, zeker als je alles te voet doet. Op de website staat dat er fietsen ter beschikking zijn, maar niet hoeveel ze kosten en dat ze moeten gereserveerd worden. Volgens website kon er ter plaatse diner gereserveerd worden, maar toen wij er waren werd het niet gemaakt. Ook jammer dat er geen lockers zijn. Ontbijt is wel zeer ruim en personeel is ook vriendelijk.

It's so far out from the city centre and it's not exactly close to much. So can really do with kitchen facilities for guests because I think there is literally one shop that doesn't accept most credit cards. More geared towards schools than travellers. Rooms were pretty cramped, dated and there were no lockers in the rooms. Staff were nice but not exactly cheery.

It’s a bit out of the way, €2.45 on the bus each way and then walking from hospital up a steep hill. It was very noisy when I was there with large groups of school kids. Nowhere to cook food or make tea or coffee. Rooms are good with own shower & toilet. Very good breakfast included in room price. Arnhem is a nice city to visit and easy to get around in town. The Airborne Museum (bus 352) is excellent.

Nice place. Catered for school groups though, so don't surprised at 50+ screaming teenagers running about. Bit of a hike from the train station, yet the park is a beautiful route to take. It's location makes this place standout.

Wonderful experience, the staff are incredibly friendly and the facilities are top notch.

Guter Übernachtungspunkt für Fahrradfahrer. Es gibt einen sicheren Abstellplatz. Gutes Frühstück. Abendessen war in Buffet-Form (Burger, Salat, Fritten, Dessert).

1rst class I've stayed there 3 times now now and enjoyed it more each time the setting in the woods makes it special and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable great stay

Second time at the Stayokay Arnhem. Staff were pleasant and helpful, accommodation was just what I required.

I'm going to visit Arnhem next year and I will 100% be looking to book stayokay. Great value for money, great location and very friendly staff.

Quite a nice hostel experience, tucked away in the woods. Super friendly staff and guests. Free breakfast was really nice. Dorm shower needs a bit of love, a bath mat, and more hooks!

I really enjoyed my stay. From a warm welcome to an excellent evening meal and breakfast. Secure bike parking.

Great facilities in peaceful location.

My only remarks 1) If you walk or use public transportation the steps are b-r-u-t-a-l especially if you are challenged physically in any way. 2) There are 2 outlets in the room for 4 occupants. Not charging my electronics at the bathroom.

A very cosy and safe hostel in the nature. Quiet and very nice. I really enjoyed my stay there!

This is a nice and comfortable hostel surrounded by beautiful nature. The location is a little outside the city though, so it is not ideal if you would like to be closer to the action.

it was awesome! chill Vibe I didn’t see too many people while I was there but everyone was nice and the staff was great too. I stayed there with my partner for two nights and we booked out a 4 bed room to ourselves and we had our own bathroom and shower! was awesome would definitely stay again.

A little far from city centre but a very nice location.
