- Appena entrati c'è una puzza di gatto terribile. L'aria era veramente irrespirabile. Faccio una prenotazione per 2 adulti e 1 bambina, mi danno 2 letti a castello (senza senso). Staff per nulla cordiale, che non viene in nessun modo incontro alle tue esigenze. Bagno piccolissimo, manca il bidet , doccia minuscola. Riscaldamento non funziona

- The wifi didn’t work for the duration of my stay. Myself and my room mates tried to contact reception but either didn’t hear back or were told it would work soon. Reception hours are 7-11am daily which meant when checking in if there was an issue (I was put in the wrong room and the wifi didn’t work) you could only contact them via calling. I did that and the woman on the phone said they were at capacity so I wasn’t able to change to my correct room, despite this being the hostels issue not mine. I was also denied compensation. Overall just rude and unhelpful staff that seemed to hate working there. As I was checking out I enquired about the lockers as when I went down to them was no way to lock them. I came up to reception and asked for help and the guy at the desk sighed and said sarcastically to his colleague “it’s great to be back” which was rude. We then got to the lockers and he realized what I meant and he said he had been on holiday and they had changed them while he was away. He said to leave my bags there and they should be fine. No lockers. No wifi. Rude, unhelpful and absent staff. I would not recommend this hostel.
+ Location was nice with very pretty views and nice outdoor area for meeting people.
- Beds had no curtains, it was hot and only provided with one tiny floor fan, very loud outdoors at night due to the restaurant and street.

- Cet établissement n'est pas un hôtel. C'est une auberge de jeunesse excentrée au bord d'une route près d'une station essence. On sent le fromage dans tout l'immeuble (soirées fondues). Depuis la chambre on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. La chambre est petite. La.sdb des plus basiques ultra petite avec un mauvais rideau de douche. Aucun produit. Le.tout pour 169 euros! Le soir même elle était bradée sur le site à 90e. Ça ne les vaut même pas...nous ne sommes pas restées. Nous avons trouvé pour le même prix un hôtel avec une vue imprenable, salle de sport, hammam, petit déjeuner incroyable, chambre spacieuse, produits et sdb digne de ce nom. La propriétaire n'a pas voulu nous rembourser la chambre. Booking nous a donné 20e de compensation...honteux. Résultat prix de la nuit : 170x2 -20.... insensé....

- 1. The room is small. You can not turn around in the bathroom. 2. The room has chemical causing allergy. It took them a hour to switch me to a different room, which has bed bug or different kind of chemical which caused rash all over the body. 3. When I showed the rashes to the staff at the reception, she didn't even apologize for it.
- Na hora da reserva não estava claro que era um quarto comunitário. Cheguei ao hostel 19:00 e ao entrar no quarto descobri que era compartilhado com outros hóspedes (incluindo homens). Não consegui fazer um upgrade para um quarto privativo porque estava lotado. Fui ao restaurante do hostel para jantar (e procurar outra hospedagem no booking) mas aguardei 15 minutos na mesa e ninguém foi servir. Me hospedei em outro local.

Fiz uma reserva pelo booking para me hospedar no hostel, porém 5 dias antes do início da minha reserva aconteceu a maior catástrofe já vista no meu estado, Rio Grande do Sul. Onde cidades inteiras foram inundadas, estradas destruídas, o aeroporto parou de operar e a princípio ficará fechado até final do mês. Entrei em contato com a acomodação solicitando o cancelamento e a isenção da taxa, visto o motivo ser excepcional, eu realmente não pude ir pois ficamos impossibilitados de sai...

Gran bel posto dove stare se siete in visita ad Interlaken e dintorni. Ricavato da quella che penso fosse una villa, gli ambienti sono curati e puliti. Stanze confortevoli, forse leggermente rumorosi i pavimenti ma non ho avuto problemi. L'investimento che farei è in un frigorifero aggiuntivo grande perché i due frigoriferi presenti sono piccolini. Staff fantastico!
