- Todo. Habitaciones poco iluminadas. Juego de sábanas viejas y asperas. Paredes manchadas. Baño sin toalla de mano. Sin tv. Sin sillas. Lámparas en mal estado. Personal antipático. No nos quedamos a dormir. No nos gustó nada. A evitar.

- 快跑，有床虫！第一次被bed bug咬，太吓人了，胳膊腿还有腰上全是包，特别痒根本睡不着！

- - Water pressure is weak. It feels like the water is set to weak. - There is no hot water in the shared toilet's sink on the 2nd floor. - You must set up and put away all bedding yourself. They seem to think of the guests as housekeepers. - WiFi is weak. There was only one bar of signal in the room. - There were two of us, but there were no bed assignments. In other hostels, if there are two people, they assign you to a top and bottom bunk, but here they just gave us the room key. On the first night, the room was fully occupied by four people, so we both had to use the top bunks. I had sprained my leg on the stairs the day before, so I asked the reception to change the room, but they said ‘We're fully booked,’ and ‘You should have told me that in advance.’ -The bed is completely, completely unpleasant. I've never been to a hostel where the bunk beds were so wobbly. When the person downstairs tossed and turned, and every time the person in the bed next to me tossed and turned, the bed kept shaking. Throughout my sleep, I suffered from shaking as if someone was waking me up next to me. - On each floor, there are at least 4 rooms for 6 people and at least 8 rooms for 4 people. However, there are 5 shower rooms. Please refer to the photo. - The bed light was structurally located right above the eyes. (Some may not, depending on the bed.) I couldn't use the bed light because it was dazzling. - No blackout curtains. It's not very bright, but it doesn't completely block it. - During our 3-night stay, boiled eggs were served for breakfast only one day. The fruit salad was real fruit one day, but fruit cocktail the other two days. They're just pretending to make breakfast look good.

+ This was my first time staying in a youth hostel, and it was a great experience. The Interlaken Youth Hostel has an excellent location, right next to the train station, which is very convenient. The price is affordable, and the breakfast is quite good considering the rate. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.

+ Location is perfect for train station, we were there for 3 nights and had lots of trips so was ideal. Room was huge, private room, very comfortable beds. Barbara on reception was so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was really very good indeed. Lovely atmosphere, lots of locals use the cafe. Very clean.
- Heating couldn’t be turned off. Kitchen is only a microwave and a kettle, unusual for a hostel.

+ Location is exceptional, only a one-minute walk from the train station Interlaken Ost and with a big supermarket just in front of the station. Breakfast is good enough with a variety of cheese, bread, yogurt, cereals, some fruit and coffee. People at the front desk and in the cafeteria are very kind and helpful. They have dinner options for very cheap compared to other restaurants around.
- The toilets on my floor were disgusting. I think it's fair to blame this on the other visitors, too.
