The property is closed although you can reserve it. We went there around 8pm and there is nobody that opened us and we had to find a last minute solution. Do not reserve here

Personnel pas très aimable. Chambre mal entretenue et sale. Présence d’humidité et absence de sécurité. Bruyant. Je ne recommande pas du tout

le seul avantage de l'hôtel est sa localisation le reste laisse à désirer. Nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel pour le même prix bien mieux et propre!

I am surprised this place is even allowed to accommodate humans. it looks like a c***k den. gaping hole in the ceiling and the door to our bedroom which didn't lock. bathroom disgusting with a large industrial bin in the middle of the shower. felt like a horror film. couldn't sleep as loud bar next door playing music until 5am, it was so loud you could feel the vibration. no communal area and to top it off they tried to overcharge us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

habían cucarachas muertas en nuestra habitación y no habia papel higienico en baño. creo que deben esfozar en la limpieza de todo.

the place does not fit the description, neither the photos. it is only rooms at the back of a restaurant. very clean. staff friendly.

Cancelaron mi reserva sin más, mencionaron que no les importa hostelworld.com, así que las reservas no son seguras porque te las pueden cancelar como lo hicieron conmigo, tuve que buscar otro hostel, espero que respeten las reservas porque cuestan dinero.

Hostel très bien placé dans le centre de Minca, cependant les lits sont tres inclnfortables et la propreté est loin d'être la priorité ici ! Le petit dejeuner est hors de prix et peu copieux. Impossible de laver ses affaires ou de faire a manger.

all the reviews are correct. if you want the cheapest place with the best location and you don't care about anything else, go for it. one thing I have to add is that one of the family members locked the door at 10:30 in the evening and he wouldn't let me out anymore for the whole night. that was a bit insane and infuriating. the rest of the family was friendly enough

Très bon emplacement ! Correct pour 1 nuit, ne pas s’attendre à grand chose. Immersion au sein d’une famille locale accueillante et disponible ! :)

¡Mi estancia aquí en el hostal guacamaya fue genial! También probé el restaurante y comí pescado, ¡Guau! Sabor fantástico. Si quieres un lugar agradable y relajante para pasar unos días, te recomendaría este hostal. La familia propietaria es encantadora y amable. ¡Gracias por tenerme!

Gezellig hostel bij mensen thuis. Ze waren heel aardig en behulpzaam. Helaas was ik als gast daar alleen ( was ook in het laagseizoen) maar heb het met de eigenaren gezellig gehad

You get what you pay for. Have low and i mean LOW expectations. It was fine for one night but there was no other people there. No lockers for your stuff the staff was confused and kept asking me if I had payed. Bathroom is not great either and there was no hand soap. Beds were super uncomfortable. But it’s cheap and right in the middle of the town which is really nice

Cancelaron mi reserva sin más, mencionaron que no les importa hostelworld.com, así que las reservas no son seguras porque te las pueden cancelar como lo hicieron conmigo, tuve que buscar otro hostel, espero que respeten las reservas porque cuestan dinero.

We booked the hostel to have a kitchen but we weren't allowed to use the kitchen there. It was not very clean, especially the bathrooms were not nice to use. Also on the way from our dorm to the bathroom were dog urine on the floor and it smelled stronglyIn our room weren't lockers were we could let our stuff safely an we couldn't lock our door. The women who was responsible for the hostel was not very friendly and we had the feeling not to be welcomed.

Its in the center, comfterable beds, cheep food, cheep stay. Not for everyone but its ideal for people who are on a budget

Great location. Overall a pleasant stay and worth the money. Adorable parrots! The kitchen was very simple and could use some more supplies. There was not many places the charge your phone.

Absolutely OK if you are looking for an accommodation on a tight budget. Cost-benefit ration is great considering the location that's close to pretty much everything. You have to lower your sights on comfortability, cleanlineness, atmosphere and so on as the hostal focusses rather on local and Colombian tourists with less leeway in regards to money looking for a quick sleep-over.

good if you just want a cheap place to stay..... no real facilities or place to chill other than your bed. noisy in the mornings. you pretty much get what you pay for. good luck

Accomodation was ok. It was cheap and comfy. If just want to sleep there go a head and book it. But DO NOT use a loundry service. We gave clothes. Lady said it was 3kg. We coming back later to pick it up and then she said that scales was broken and it was 6kg. Luckily we had our own scale so we didn't have to overpay. I would take it as a simple mistake but on Google reviews there where the same stories.
