+ The cleaning lady was friendly
- I asked them twice if it's possible to get a bottom bed, they confirmed. When i arrived, no bottom bed was available. The only thing they told me was: You can change tomorrow. When I kindly asked the lady at reception to give me the money back for the first night, she wouldn't even look me in the eyes and interrupted me constantly. Also, there are no curtains in the dorm, no single hook to hang clothes or towels and the keys for the lockers don't work.
- To room has NO windows! It feels like you live in a bunker without air to breathe. They intentionally made photos look like there are windows and they wrote in the description that room has view/patio view, but it’s a LIE! We insisted to get us a fan to survive (fan was also mentioned in the room listing) and get it only after arguing. The last thing that made me completely angry is a towels. They provide cheap synthetic towels that leave horrible bits of blue lint all over your body after use. Imagine being extremely tired and just wanting to take a shower, but instead, you end up even dirtier because you’re covered in this blue lint that’s impossible to remove from your skin.

Some basic hostel amenities were missing - no keys for any lockers and no possibility to use own locks. Also, no keys/security to hostel or room so anyone could walk in and take your stuff. There were no curtains on beds meaning people had to use towels for privacy. Staff were friendly, location was good - fine as a stop over but could be improved with simple changes.

- The photos show lockers, but there are no keys provided. There is no secure storage for valuables, which is very disappointing and misleading! The receptionist tried to help and organized an alternative hostel for us. A capsule hostel... However, the alternative hostel was significantly cheaper on Booking.com. The manager was never present and showed no goodwill at all — neither regarding the cancellation or the price difference between the two hostels. I cannot recommend this hostel chain, Central Hostel.
No curtains. Lockers don’t work. Electric is turned off at 10pm without warning (no charging phones overnight). Breakfast is terrible. No hair dryer.

- Me quede dos noches El ruido en la primera habitación es insoportable ya que queda justo hacia la calle y toda la noche se sienten los autos pasar

- No recomiendo para panameños, desconocía que era un hostal para mochileros.
- La atención del personal en especial de la sra Carelis(una sra de tez oscura) .,super odiosa ,que me dejo sin ganas de volver.

Stayed in the private dorm and it was great! Super clean amenities and really calm vibe. The garden was super beautiful and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
A nice place, but not very social. Also the private room is quite noisy because it’s right out to the street and the bed a bit hard and small for 2 people. But the owner is really nice and helpful and a nice vibe overall!! The dorms looked really nice!
Ich habe mich hier wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Stuff ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko sind die fehlenden Vorgänge am Bett und dass man die Locker nicht schließen kann. Ansonsten ist es wirklich ein tolles Hostel!
loved our stay! everything was clean and organized. comfy beds and they even gave you a towel! our only complaint is that our private room window opens to a very busy street. you can hear the cars all day, but at night it wasn’t too bad.
Pretty nice overall the beds need curtain but the hostel is good for the price.

- We went during a public holiday and we had no idea that the public who were not guests could just come in and use our bathroom, which made it difficult given there were only three toilets. There was no communication from reception about this
