- Problems with cleanliness and organization; there were four of us and they forgot to reserve our room, resulting in overbooking. The women's bathroom didn't have toilet paper, the shower water was sometimes cold, and our floor was flooded with a horrible smell coming from one of the bathrooms.

- Gece 01:26 bile yeni check in yapmışlar. Gece gece 2 saat odadaki insanları rahatsız etti. O saatte check-in yapılması doğru değil. Uçak gibi horlayan birisi vardı sabaha kadar uçak sesi işittim resmen. Asla bana göre değil.

- İnsanlarla iletişimleri berbat hiçbir şeyde yardımcı olmuyorlar. Sürekli yalan söylüyorlar. Dört sefer temizlikçi göndereceğiz dediler göndermediler.

+ Location wise, it was great. The room however was completely different from what is advertised online. I was dirty, only and the mattresses were gym ones (they left the sheets for us to make our own beds). We also have to pay for shower towels (the ones I was given was all stained), breakfast was weak and expensive for what it was. Staff were ok but always rather unhappy to help (except for the manager who was extremely nice).

- La chambre était un véritable cagibi, très mal équipée : fenêtre sans ouverture donnant sur salle de jeux , lit trop étroit pour 2 personnes, plaqué contre le mur, aucune table de nuit, literie lamentable, sans alaise, pas de papier toilette, serviettes inchangées pendant 5 jours, auxun ménage pendant 5 jours, service de cuisine avec tromperie sur la marchandise (fish & fish vendu avec cabillaud mais servi avec du merlan), bar fermé à 19 h 30. Et tour ça pour un prix indécent au regard du peu de service. En résumé, une vrai arnaque !
+ If I have to say anything good about the place it’s the location
- The fact that my property got stolen by the the cleaning staff and the staff were taking absolute piss out of the situation, not offering me any kind of compensation nor nothing, and the audacity of the security guy getting irritated when I asked him to do his job which is to check the security camera was unreal. The staff belittled the whole situation, I ended up wasting my whole day trying to things out. Let alone when I arrived to my room for the last night my bed was changed and my stuff were just thrown on the floor. Not to mention little things like the room floor and toilet and shower area were so dirty, and the young guys who came to clean our room did not do a good job at all. I am still looking to get compensation for my stolen properties. Oh and by the way, there were no locks sold in the vending machine on the first day that I arrived.

Great overall facilities etc. Ventilation in the rooms is the worst wake up every morning feeling shocking and cant spend any time room.

Todo muy bien, las habitaciones bien, considerando que es un hostal, yo rente la habitación familiar que incluye baño y todo super bien. La zona de recreo padrisima, muchas cosas que hacer. La ubicación es genial!! Sin duda volvería!
El precio está bien en comparación con los hoteles cercanos (Ámsterdam está imposible ahora mismo), pero el servicio es bastante malo. Hice la reserva hace 3 meses y pagué un extra para asegurar una cama inferior (que necesito por problemas de espalda) pero cuando llegué me tocó una cama superior. La dependienta me ofreció devolverme el dinero y me dijo que no tenía más camas. Insistí un poco y ya me pusieron en una de las camas extras que tienen disponibles. Al final se resolvió, ...
Overall, the stay was fine, but I was disappointed that after checking out at 10 a.m., I was charged 7 euros to leave my luggage at the hostel until 3 p.m. Many hostels offer luggage storage after checkout free of charge, so this was a bit disappointing.
Enjoyed my stay at clinknord, staff were super friendly and the hostel was great, easily accessible to main town with f3 ferry that runs around the clock was a nice break from the city. Staff were super friendly and I like my room. Coming back to Amsterdam in the future would be the first place I look to stay! Great value for money also!
10/10 property. Staff were amazing, location couldn’t be better. Clean and secure facilities.
Superbe expérience au sein du CLINKNOORD
It was a great experience at the CLINKNOORD.
Was going to leave a pretty positive review but I found and very clearly photographed a bed bug and they did not take me seriously at all. Very close to transit but not attractions. Close to a grocery store. No group kitchen which is annoying and the food is mid (normal for hostel food). Pay €6 for a towel rental Staff were nice no complaints in general but like I said I showed them a very clear foto of a BB and they said “no” So yeah anyway now I’m freaking out
A fine place to stay. Kind of a dead atmosphere and had a lot of school trips there.

It's not all bad, but the experience is very different from what I expected. We got a private room and it was very small. The bathroom got completely wet when showering because there's no good shower partition. The soap was of very poor quality. No basic amenities. The bar closes early. The breakfast is extremely simple; it's better to buy a good sandwich at a nearby market, which will be cheaper and better. In short... I don't think it was worth the price we paid.
The location is really nice. The free ferry was a fun experience. I had one meal at their cafe and it was pretty good. The hostel wasn’t very clean. The common space was more disheveled than the photos online and there was dust and gum on the windowsill by my bunk. No airflow so my mixed 10 bed dorm would get a bit stinky. There aren’t enough bathrooms to support the guests, so there were always toilet issues during my stay. It’s a large hostel. My stay was okay/good.
Clean and very friendly, just no curtains which wasn’t the end of the world but a bit annoying
Si venís a Amsterdam, es el mejor hostel.
hostel itself was nice, spacious enough bedrooms and was very clean. however there was no real atmosphere, was very antisocial and the staff did not seem overly eager to help- my key card was not working when i first checked in, and when a staff member walked past me in the hallway and i asked for help, he just said ‘good luck’ and continued walking. hostel itself was good, but not a place for meeting people as a solo traveller!
The staff were nice and the lockers were big with rentable lockers as well (€6+). However, not many bathrooms for the shared facilities and at least a few school trips of teenagers made it loud
Hostel ótimo, muito organizado e ambiente agradável. Senti falta de uma cozinha para poder guardar e preparar alguma coisa.
The hostel is very nice, very organized and pleasant, and I missed the kitchen to store and prepare something.
