- 房间的暖气极差！即便开到最大没任何热气，晚上直接冻醒 房间内没有任何洗浴用品，连吹风机都没有。 被子和床都非常小，翻个身床都能移动 枕头直接把你睡落枕 水龙头更是差劲，需要不停的按才能出水，不按几秒就停水了 服务员也非常差劲，直接说可以存行李但丢了和他们没关系，拿行李时无任何检查，坐在前台直接无视 总结：目前欧洲最差的酒店，没有之一！

- La habitación pequeña, toda la noche se escuchaba gente caminar en el pasillo, abrir las puertas, incluso gritos y música en la habitación cercana. Para hacer el check-in había solo una persona en recepción, que hizo un excelente trabajo, pero lastimosamente no era suficiente porque había mucha gente, me demoré aproximadamente 45 minutos en la fila. El sistema de seguridad para entrar al hostal es una pulsera de plástico duro, súper incómoda con el logo del hostal. La debes tener puesta toda tu estancia.

- I genuinely cannot call this place a “hostel” with a straight face. From the very first moment you arrive, the experience is ruined by the reception staff, who are rude, arrogant, and openly hostile. Guests are treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Questions are met with dismissive, condescending responses, and instead of offering help, the staff seem almost proud of how unhelpful they are. The rooms are beyond unacceptable. A so-called “4-bed room” is nothing more than a cramped, claustrophobic box. The only piece of furniture provided is a single plastic chair for four people. The room is so small that adding anything else is physically impossible. We stayed as three friends, and even that was uncomfortable, sharing such a space with strangers would be a complete nightmare. Temperature control is the most serious issue. The rooms are freezing cold, despite claims that the heating is on. Due to the poor insulation and the tiny size of the room, it never actually warms up. When this is raised with reception, you are offered zero solutions! No extra heaters, no room changes, no alternatives of any kind. Even worse, there is not a single apology, this lack of solutions is delivered with an almost arrogant sense of finality. The wristband policy is both absurd and poorly enforced. Guests are forced to wear an ugly, bright orange wristband with the hostel’s name printed in huge letters, effectively turning you into a walking advertisement and publicly announcing where you are staying. Security staff check these wristbands at the door and are consistently rude. While one security guard allowed entry by simply showing the wristband, another refused this entirely and aggressively insisted it had to be worn, speaking to us in a highly disrespectful manner. If this policy is truly mandatory, reception should clearly communicate it from the beginning. This only highlights how arbitrary and poorly managed this place **READ THE REST ON GOOGLE**

+ The breakfast wasn't very good but it was enough. The gentleman in the dining room was polite and friendly. The location was nice.
- The heating system wasn't working. They didn't change our room, so we got sick and our vacation was ruined. They gave us the worst room. We wanted to check out the next day, but they refused a refund. The manager wasn't helpful. They wanted us to pay extra for a night we didn't stay. They gave us another room. The air conditioning wasn't working, but the heater was a bit better. We got sick the first night because they didn't help us, even though I talked them twice.. It was a bad experience. I don't recommend it.

- The club music kept pounding past 2 a.m., and I couldn’t get any real sleep. Even now, it feels like my whole body is still vibrating from the drum beat.

- Som alto até quatro da manha invadindo o quarto. Não tem estrutura para festas, pois incomoda quem quer dormir. Nem um mísero secador de cabelo tem pra oferecer, tendo q pagar um calção de 15 euros pra poder usar kkkkkk. Fiquei em 3 hostels em amsterdam e esse foi de longe o pior. Café da manha horroroso, só o que salva é maquina de suco.
- Age limit was not communicated during my booking and my stay was denied. I was informed about the rule only when I reached the property for my stay. Because of this struggled to find an alternative property.

Toilet space extremely small, and barely no comunal areas apart from the bar. Beds should have a curtains to give a bit of privacy. Apart from that all good
Chambre propre et agréable. Même si je sais que c’est des chambre mixte, en tant que femme j’étais un peu gênée de me retrouver dans une chambre qu’avec des hommes. Et les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolé du bruit Mais hostel bien placé et le bar y est très agréable.
Although I know it's a mixed room, as a woman I was a little embarrassed to be in a room with men and the rooms are not very well insulated from noise but the hostel is well located and the bar is very nice.
Nice hostel with good dorms, a little bit of a walk from the train station, staff were lovely especially the bartender.
The bunk beds in the 6-person room were a little too loud and the window couldn’t be opened wide. But apart from that, it was good value for the money
Great location! Room was clean and quiet. No AC, would be hot in summer. No hot water for shower after 7:30 am, not an issue at night. Would recommend.

Although it is disclosed that there is no kitchen. There is actually no common area at all. Meaning there is nowhere within the hostel to eat which is pretty disappointing. Especially in a city with a lack of public space to sit. The staff were very kind though.

Not an overall amazing experience. Rooms were alright but found some hardened mush that had been ignored for a while right by my bed. Despite check in ending at 11, had a man put in my room at 2 AM with just the two of us and he clearly was not well. He ended up stripping down and sitting on my bed until I shouted and physically kicked him off. All that to say, while it labels itself a ‘party hostel’ , it would be nice if they evaluated who they were letting stay when they check in at 2 AM!
I had a very specific and odd experience here. I basically had a creep in my room who made me super uncomfortable, and when I went to the lady at the front desk, I told her I wanted to change rooms because someone in my current room was making me uncomfortable. At the time, I had booked a mixed room because there were no other options. She was very nice in the sense that she immediately moved me to a female-only room and was super quick to help, but she also did not ask any further questions. S...

Expensive for what it offers, poor basic services.
Très bon emplacement , propre, problème d’eau chaude qui a vite été pris en charge. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de frigo et d’endroits pour manger (car impossible dehors sur les chaises) Mais surtout quelle mauvaise surprise d’avoir plus de 250€ de taxes pour quatre personnes en arrivant. Ça réduit considérablement le budget des vacances…
Very good location, clean, hot water problem which was quickly taken care of. pity there is no fridge and places to eat (car impossible outside on chairs) but above all what a bad surprise to have more than 250€ taxes for four people on arrival. it significantly reduces the budget of the holiday...
Although it was well located and the personnel was nice, this was one of the worst Hostels I've been to. 3 out of 4 days there was no hot water in the shower, also, you don't have a free flow of water, have to push a button every 10 seconds to shower and wash your hands. On top of that, the door has a code that beeps like a fire alarm every time someone opens the door. We are in the first floor so we could feel the vibrations of the parties at the hotel. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, abends war öfters lautere Musik aber ansonsten für einen Solotrip gut geeignet

I had a very good experience here. My friend experienced a medical emergency the morning of our checkout and the staff were so helpful, even offering us the room for another night free of charge to help her recover. Highly recommend, we are so grateful for them.
Auberge simple mais efficace. Idéalement situé dans le centre ville d'Amsterdam à proximité de nombreux site à pied. Une station de metro est également à côté. J'étais dans un dortoir de filles (6 lits) avec une sdb et des wc dans la chambre. Il y a un bar au rdc de l'auberge. De nombreuses soirée sont organisées plusieurs soirs par semaine. Simple but efficient hostel. Ideally located in the city center of Amsterdam near many walking sites. A metro station is also next door. I was in a girls' dormitory (6 beds) with a sdb and toilets in the room. There is a bar at the rdc of the hostel. Many evenings are organized several nights a week. So if you are looking for peace and quiet you will have to pass your way. Shame there is no common space or kitchen. In short ideal for a short stay
Good hostel. Beds are SUPER hard, if you like hard beds then it’ll be fine. Security good. Some staff were super friendly others were more quiet/didn’t help as much. Would stay here again if needed.
