+ Le restaurant au RDC. Elles font de très bons plats et pas cher. C'est le seul point positif que je trouve à ce capharnaüm.

- La chambre est dégueulasse.... Pleine d'immondices tels que des crachats sur les murs, crottes de nez, traces de sang, de rouge à lèvres, des graffitis, une fuite d'eau qui vient d'un mur, les joints de douche complètement pourris....

- Terrible. Albergo al massimo di 1 stella e non di 3 come c'è scritto. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. Albergo zozzo, non curato, le camere fanno schifo. Lenzuole bucate, le mura stanno perdendo l'intonaco, nel letto pieno di formiche, le pareti esterne piene di escrementi lasciati dai piccioni. Alle 3 di notte è successa una rissa sul piano, durante la quale qualcuno cercava di sfondare la porta della stanza accanto, tutto ciò è durato 30 minuti senza che qualcuno dello staff intervenuto per fermare.

+ 宿泊費の割には部屋が広い 清潔感もまあまあ 古いアパート改造したホテルで老朽化している部分もあるのだが よく掃除されている

- 駅から少し遠い 清潔ではあるが老朽化は否めない とはいえ値段が安いので許容範囲である

+ The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus is that there's a restaurant down at the hotel with friendly ladies and good food and drinks for a reasonable price. 7/11 and a few small restaurants nearby.

- The room was smelly, musty and moldy (bathroom). The window couldn't be closed properly. The mattress was as hard as a rock. The pictures from the hotel are not matching the reality (cleanliness of the room). The pool had a dirty edge of algae, not very inviting for a swim. Should be cleaned more often. The airconditioning wasn't working optimal. It's pretty outdated.
