Tam coc Mountain Flower Hostel

I checked in two hours after they allowed and my room was not ready. The manager’s friends were in the room I booked and so they did not force them out. They told me to wait 10 minutes and then they started moving their stuff out and cleaning it. 5 minutes before I entered one of the guests was still going into my room. They mopped right before I entered so the floor was still dirty. Then I look in the bathroom and there’s hair and pee still in the toilet. Every night there was a lot of nois...

Good comfy dorms, basic but has everything you need. The lovely lady running this homestay was incredibly helpful for us, she helped us with checking in very early in the morning and was always super friendly, funny and helpful. The location is a little out of the way from the main part of town but a quick bike ride and there’s heaps of restaurants, bars and the river

The hostel is nice, you get what you pay for so nothing special. Staff were friendly but did start cleaning the room while most of us were still asleep and then left the light on haha. No major issues though so would probably stay again!

Nice place overall , lovely staff member who gave us free bike use on our first night and was very attentive and friendly. However, Bathroom stayed flooded from shower, which meant the dirty water was always around. Room smelt a bit and nothing dried over 2 nights. Also, we checked out and left our bags there, 6 hrs later, there was no sign that they’d cleaned our room as towels and bedding how we left…(maybe because they had no other bookings?

Not a social atmosphere, a bit out of the city. But they have bike rentals and the view from the hostel is gorgeous!

Nice calm hostel

Overall a nice hostel. A little bit out of the way but I was happy with that when booking. There’s not a social scene there so if you’re looking for that, I’d suggest to stay else where. Breakfast is ok. The staff were pretty helpful.

Awesome place to stay out of town next to the rice fields. Breakfast was great! Private rooms were great and cheap and I love the small Papillon dog that follows me around and stayed in my room 🤩.

Lovely hostel, nice breakfast and beautiful view from our room. Bit of a walk from town but in a peaceful, relaxing area and you can rent bikes from the hostel. Owner and family were helpful and accommodating.

Lovely staff, pool, and beds. You can rent bikes which makes travel to town easy. Puppy was adorable

Such a great homestay, we arrived at 3am and had booked for that night since we needed to sleep after our bus. The owner upgraded us to a private room which was lovely. It was very easy to hire a bike with them and we extended an extra night. We got to keep our bags safe inside the homestay until our bus later. Very nice staff. You may need a bike if you don’t wanna walk the 15-20 minutes into town. The rice fields and mountains are beautiful next to the homestay.

Great place to stay! Close enough to town but also far away enough for peace and quiet. Staff was lovely, and baby Mika was definitely the icing on the cake.

Amazing place to stay! Super chill and I’m a beautiful part of tam coc within walking distance of the town. The owner especially is very understanding, friendly and went above and beyond for me! I would definitely come back!

The location of this property is amazing! Beautiful outlook onto rice fields, but also close to town filled with many shops and restaurants! The staff are very friendly!

This is the perfect location in tam coc! The view is amazing, the facilities is beautiful and clean and the rooms are comfy. It feels like a oasis between rice fields and mountains. It’s a quiet area near the town and in bicycle distance from all the viewpoints and sights. You can rent bicycles and scooters very cheap and easy. The staff was so helpfull and sweet!! Would love to come back here.

One of the best homestays I’ve experienced! Very clean, the owners are a family and they are so nice. They can help you with really whatever you want, i even asked the owner to take pictures of me because i am a solo traveler and really wanted pictures in front of the rice fields ahah! The rooms and bed sheets were clean and fresh, even their laundry service! I highly recommend.
