For de eDo NOT book!! We had a bad experience at this hostel. Nothing matched the description and the photos are misleading. The host was unhelpful, and there was no WiFi, so we had to go to a café to access our booking before checking in. The 6-person room was extremely small, with no space for bags and very creaky beds. The kitchen was dirty, so we didn’t use it. No luggage storage as advertised—we had to pay for external storage. Not worth the money.
I booked this hostel late at night because it had 24 front desk but they didn’t reply to my emails or calls as to whether I could check in when my delayed flight got into Mexico City at 2am. Not fun
i don't recommend leaving any luggage with the hostel. even when leaving my suitcase with the staff, all of my technology was stolen.
Would never book here again. During our 4-day stay, we were only able to shower once, as there was only cold water on all the other days. The place is incredibly noisy. You can literally hear your neighbours’ conversations, and it feels like people are walking into your room all night. The location is fine, staff is friendly, but that’s about the only positive.
Really disliked this hostel. Strange atmosphere, felt uncomfortable as a woman with mostly me. Rooms are dirty/grungy and there is no silverware available. Staff is not very friendly
Sehr unangenehmes Hostel! Ich habe 2 Nächte in einem Privatzimmer gebucht, nur 1 dort verbracht. Schimmel Geruch, sehr kalt in der Nacht + Dinge Decken, Matratze hatte ein Loch, sehr dünne Wände, man hört alles!! die Küche hat kaum Ausstattung, Duschen waren kalt, keine Rückerstattung oder Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln. absolut schlechte Unterkunft
Very unpleasant Hostel! I have booked 2 nights in a private room, only 1 spent there. Schimmel Geruch, very cold in the night + Dinge Decken, Matratze had ein Loch, very thin Walls, you hear everything!! the kitchen has barely any equipment, showers were cold, no refund or possibility to change the room. absolutely bad accommodation
el receptionista fue muy grocero, las camas estan arriva de ununa estructura debil, y todos fuman en la noche y aunque le digas al recepcionista de la noche no hace nada, muy mal hostal, no recomendable, no vale el dinero
The receptionist was very rude, the beds are coming from a weak structure, and everyone smokes at night and even if you tell the receptionist of the night it doesn't do anything, very bad hostel, not recommended, not worth the money
We ignored the reviews to our detriment and would NOT recommend this hostel. The mouldy room was not the worst part of the hostel. I booked a private room for three nights through hostel world and ended up cancelling two of the nights. Firstly, they didn’t have our booking so did not have the correct room available so made me and my partner share a single bed instead of a double. Functionally this was manageable especially if I was only paying for a single however this was not the case. Second...
I was given a room that was nothing like the one in photos, the front door key was not provided and left unlocked, it was a bunk bed situation when I booked a privYe suite, the door handle was loose and the common space is ghetto af. Save your money and book elsewhere.
This place is a joke. Do not book. We left early as the place was disgusting. The dorm walls had bogeys on them, there was no shelf for your water or phone, and the plug socket barely worked. There was no hot water, and the bathrooms were filthy. They were covered in hairs and there was even poo on the floor of one of the showers. The receptionist had to let you in and out. Reserve habitación de 6 y me dieron habitación de 8 camas y solo tiene 4 lockers muy pequeños
I booked a room of 6 and I was given a room of 8 beds and it only has 4 very small lockers

Good location but bad communcation. There is no lugage space and nothing for cooking or eating (no forks or knife !). The reception wasn't 24/24, so we had to make some noise to woke the receptionist to take our flight at 5 a.m.

Los servicios son nefastos. La ducha no tenía agua caliente o la tenía de forma intermitente. La cocina no tenía menaje para poder comer o cocinar. No había papelera en la habitación, ni en los pasillos. En la noche se escuchaban muchos ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado, el frigorífico de la habitación hace un ruido sutil pero molesto para dormir y no sé permite desconectarlo. El personal en general fue amable. La ubicación es muy buena. El barrio es tranquilo.
The toilets are terrible. The shower had no hot water or had it intermittently. The kitchen had no household items to eat or cook. There was no cardboard in the room, nor in the hallways. At night you could hear a lot of noise from the next rooms, the refrigerator in the room makes a subtle noise but annoying to sleep and I don't know if I can turn it off. The staff in general was friendly. The location is very good. The neighborhood is quiet.
