- Si bien las instalaciones estaban limpias, el servicio del personal y la experiencia que tuvimos al finalizar nuestra estancia fue pésima.
+ Nada positivo que comentar
- El personal de recepción nada empático. No contaba con sandalias x ser un hotel 3 estrellas, No tenía Plancha, Su variedad gastronómica en el desayuno, no era diversa, No realizaron el cambio de sábanas, hasta después de 4 días y a sugerencia nuestra.

- No AC as advertised. No resolution. Rip off. Hard beds. Far from center, next to a dirty dive bar.

- Quise reservar una noche más y querían cobrar el doble el costo
- Que la cama este mas suave, estaba muy dura.
The guy at the frontdesk was really unfriendly and made us fee totally unwanted. Never seen someone that uninterested and sassy. We heard later that hes the manager. Not a way to treat your guest. We also booked a private room but there was only one bathroom with both toilet and shower devided over six private rooms. That ment that we had to wait a lot to use the bathroom or to shower. Normally in other hostels its way better with the amount of bathrooms.
Het hostel is onze wastassen kwijtgeraakt en als vervanging kregen we 2 mini goedkope zakjes. Overigens zaten we in een luxe kamer, maar besloten ze een techno feest te geven met allemaal mensen die niet eens in het hostel verbleven. Dit duurde tot 4 uur ‘s nachts en stond nergens van te voren aangegeven. De muziek stond heel hard en hoorde we heel hard in onze kamer terwijl we veel hebben betaald voor de kamer.
From the outside this hotel looks absolutely beautiful but from the inside you can see that there is a lot wrong. The food is bad and is overpriced, there is no social vibe but the worst of all is the manager Camilo. The employees are so sweet but this manager treats them really poorly, which made it really uncomfortable to stay there. After addressing to him, he walked away. Never again.

Hostel muy bonito, con jardín, piscina y buenas vistas. Un poco alejado del centro pero se puede hacer sin problemas andando.
Quiet atmosphere, comfortable beds, clean facilities. Wifi is terrible, co working spaces are charged per person per day. Staff are friendly and helpful, good location.

Great property, larger than I expected. Perfect for a few days of relaxing! We extended our stay as we enjoyed it some much!
Loved having a pool area to chill out in. Room was so lovely and very comfy beds, good shower and lots of room (private). Was a bit strange not being able to eat food in communal areas. Luggage room had great storage space. Food at the bar was really good, reasonable price as well which helps. Staff could have moved and shown us where our room was when we first arrived instead of trying to direct us on a map as we got lost. Just had a really nice vibe.

+ El personal súper amables, nos regalaron drinks, alfajores y nos hicieron late check out gratis. Todos super atentos
- Estaba un poquito alejado del centro y se escuchaba todo del cuarto del costado y el pasillo, pero es normal.
+ los detalles como la bienvenida.
- no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefaccion, y la cochera solo permite movilidades hasta 1.80m y la camioneta que alquile mide 1.85
+ La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza
- Las habitaciones no tiene Aire acondicionado o calefacción.
It is a very nice hostel and accomodation wise I can just recommend it to everyone. The only thing that wasn‘t nice was the male receptionist. He is unfriendly and cold in a way, what is not right for a hostel of such a high level. The female receptionists were nice. But all in all I had a very good experience in the days I stayed there.

Booked a private room. Hostel world charged USD $75 per night, Expedia $28, and the property about $40 but they lowered it to $30 per night after showing them the price difference. Noisy. Light & noise filters through the doorframe. Garage door at 6am. Rave music at 2:30 am. Workspace: S/30 Laundry: S/13 (2x local price) Dirty pool area. I asked for an extra towel because the chairs had bird poop. They said no. I asked for quinoa pop instead of granola, was served wheat pop. I’m GF diet
