- Kom dit och fick reda på att de byggde om. Blev skickad till ett annat hotell i närheten. Såg ganska fräscht ut och var dum och betalade direkt. När jag väl kom till det andra hotellet fick jag en dorm, men jag va helt själv. Hittade ingen annan i närheten och visste inte heller vart jag va. Det började även bli mörkt så vågade som ensam tjej inte gå ut. Sedan kom det som tur va en tjej i min ålder som jag kunde hänga med. Andra natten fick vi dela med en väldigt obehaglig man. Det som också gjorde boendet lite obehagligt var att man kunde inte dra för med draperi vid sin säng och kunde inte heller låsa dörren till vårt rum. Som ensam tjej är man ganska försiktigt och vill ha trygghet. Detta är alltså inte om detta boendet, men det var detta boendet som skicka oss nån annanstans. Boka inte med detta, då de ej har öppet!!(kom dit för tre dagar sedan, 17e november 2025)

- Nhân viên thái độ không tốt. Tôi đặt phòng trước 10 ngày nhưng hôm đến check in lại không nhận được phòng của mình và lý do phía khách sạn đưa ra là đã hết phòng. Trong khi chúng tôi cần lời giải thích của khách sạn thì nhân viên không hỗ trợ .Cùng lúc đó khách nước ngoài vào sau chúng tôi nhân viên lại phục vụ nhiệt tình và báo vẫn có phòng cho họ.Hôm đó chúng tôi đã phải tự tìm khách sạn khác trong khi đó khách sạn này vẫn ghi nhận chúng tôi đã ở đây và sự dụng dịch vụ của họ. Chúng tôi rất không hài lòng về dịch vụ của khách sạn này, đây là khách sạn tồi tệ nhất mà tôi biết.Các bạn nào có ý định trải nghiệm dịch vụ ở đây thì nên cân nhắc vì ở đây chỉ coi trọng khách người nước ngoài, để tránh bị như mình.

+ The set up of the beds were nice. Breakfast was good. Free bikes.

- I got bed bugs from the female 4 bed dorm on Feb 7-8 2025. I showed the bites on my leg to the owner just so she's aware and she didn't seem concerned, saying my skin was just cold. The other girl in the room also said she was getting bug bites. My bites are in a line and definitely bed bugs. I had to spend so much time and money to wash and double dry my clothing at a laundromat and I'm hoping I got rid of them. Avoid the stress and do NOT book in to the female 4 bed dorm! I can't say what the other dorms are like since I only spent 1.5 nights at this hostel in the female dorm.

+ L’emplacement et plutôt correct et la salle de bain est propre, les vélos sont à disposition

- Les chambres n’ont rien à voir avec les photos et elles sont super glauques ! Le matelas n’en parlons pas autant dormir sur du béton et il n’y avait même pas de drap sur la couette! Même après avoir demandé à changer les draps car ils n’étaient pas propre (!!) ils ne fournissent pas de housse pour la couette. Je ne comprends pas comment cet établissement peut avoir cette note! Le pire que j’ai fait depuis 1 mois en Asie !

- I do not understand People who gave them 10, as we choose it based on it. There were Hair on the bed and pillow. They changed us room, and it was the same. Spader net under bed. Balcony Door could not lock so we did not feel safe. We wait 30 minutes they start to prepare breakfast Even it was agreed it Will be at 7 am, we needed to Look for them in wake up them. It was disaster. Hotel looks perfect outside and inside if dont count room.

- Terrible experience. We arrived late at night very tired and obviously no one spoke English at the reception and the receptionist was very slow. When he showed us our room we noticed that it was already open, it was dirty and we also found used glasses with drinks inside. Room Description: FREEZING, there is no heating, there is only a stove that does not heat. Moreovet, near the snack stand we spotted a mouse!

+ The guesthouse we stayed in (different to the one we booked) was not bad, relatively new, free breakfast and bicycles, nice room. The reason we have scored so low is because we saw one of the male employees physically abuse a female employee who worked at reception while they were in a car. another staff member also saw but did nothing to assist.

- We were moved to another guest house because this one was unavailable. rather dissapointing that no one told us beforehand as we booked for the beautiful rooftop and did not recieve that. also upon arrival we saw one male staff physically abusing one of the reception ladies in a car while she was driving. another staff member also saw but did nothing to assist.

+ Dorm was clean and modern. The property has great potential.

- They started very loud construction work within the building at 7:30am. Man at reception didn’t seem to have my reservation, mattress hard as a rock, ac didn’t work & dorm had no windows. Included breakfast was stale bread, instant coffee, egg and a small banana. Right next to main road so constantly Vietnamstyle Roadnoise. Was the only person staying there even tho the house is huge, no social vibe.

+ Nice rooms Free bikes (a bit rusty but good enough for the area!) Location, a bit outside of town, bit plenty of good restaurants in the area Really friendly staff

- Bathroom and toulet are connected, so once somebody used the shower, everything is flooded Bathroom and toilets also don't lock, can lead to some awkward encounters Didnt get a key card for some reason

+ My stay at Tam Coc Guesthouse and Hostel was very comfortable and pleasant. The two ladies, especially Hanah (I was unfortunately not able to get the other lady’s name), were incredibly helpful, genuinely cheerful, and very kind. Their warmth and hospitality truly made my stay so much better.

- Nothing, all was good. Nothing to complain about

- La primera noche, tras el check in encontré una rata en la habitación (la puerta se encontraba abierta) pedí cambio de habitación y no me pusieron inconveniente. Tenían un problema con las keycard para acceder a la habitación, no tenían suficientes para los huéspedes que se hospedaban dentro y tenían que estar siempre abiertas. Con la consecuencia de que podía entrar cualquiera y también alguna rata como mencionaba anteriormente

- The bathrooms were small and didn’t lock

+ Very good accommodation. My room and bathroom were very spacious. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I really appreciated having a free bicycle.

+ When I got the correct room, it was decent and met expectations for comfort.

- Was given a different room to what I booked the first night. Was in a different building that overlooked a swamp. No privacy curtains. Breakfast was pitiful so didn't bother with it after first day. Location too far from the town.

+ The staff were so lovely and helpful with my luggage, breakfast was simple but good pho and they jave a shower downstairs so I could freshen up post check out while waiting for my sleeper bus.

- Its a little far out but the price makes up for it.

+ Comfy big bed a lot of storage room under it good ac nice big commune balcony very nice room had bikes to take and travel around for free nice location not in the noisy part of the city but close to everything 3 mins on the bike or 10 mins walk and you are at the center of the city Stayed for 2 more extra nights

- The showerhead was a bit broken and sprayed water from the side The light in the room was very weak but the light over the bed makes up to it the staff were nice but not very present, the front desk was empty a lot of time what caused the fact that I needed to call them over the phone anytime I wanted something like asking to pay for one more night or bring back the key to the bike.

+ J’ai réservé une chambre simple qui était vraiment bien avec une vrai douche ensuite la chambre deluxe qui elle par contre n’avait pas de porte de douche un peu dommage Dans l’ensemble c’était très confortable, un petit déjeuner offert le matin, des vélos mis à disposition gratuitement.
