+ Location very central and close to metro
- Constant noise all day and all night. Loud music playing from 7 am till 11 pm sometimes later. The showers constantly flooded so you had to wade through brown water to go to the toilet or have a shower as it was just one room for both. There was also no lock on the showers or door to the showers, and men were constantly walking past so I felt really unsafe- there’s no privacy. Also no hooks and mirror in the bathroom or room. The staff were so rude- they mocked my friend for handing in a bag someone had left. Also they were ridiculously loud at 6am screaming and laughing behind reception. No consideration for guests sleeping. There were multiple girls in my dormitory who checked out early the facilities the noise was so bad. Do NOT stay here

- Toda la noche se la pasaron platicando y todo se escuchaba en el cuarto, no dejaron descansar, se reían demasiado y deberían de instalar pequeños ventiladores ya que se siente demasiado calor. DE VERDAD QUE NO PUDE DORMIR

- Banheiros sem estrutura para deixar as coisas durante o banho e as portas deixam a água passar e alagam todo espaço, tornam o banho uma tarefa complicada. Na hora do checkout não havia água.

- I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I had a truly terrible experience. At check-in, I wasn’t given a key card, so every time I needed to use the bathroom, take a shower, or go out, I had to go to the front desk and call a staff member. However, there was only one fragile-looking man working there — and he was often not around. I had to wait every time I wanted to get back into my room, even though the street outside didn’t feel safe. The bathroom, which was shared by many guests, was not cleaned at all. The toilet was overflowing with trash, and the shower drain was clogged with hair and garbage. There was also nowhere to put my clothes or belongings while showering. There’s a bench outside the shower, but it’s visible to the male staff member. Also, even though I confirmed at check-in that a hair dryer could be borrowed from the front desk, when I went to ask for it after my shower, I was told there wasn’t one available. Only Type-C and USB outlets are usable. I understand that you shouldn’t expect much from a cheap hostel, but if you’re a traveler hoping to enjoy your trip, I do not recommend staying here. I completely wasted a night.

- 1) La ubicación, de día está aceptable, pero de noche da mucho miedo salir del hostel. Quise salir a comprar una botella de agua (porque en el hostel no tienen agua para recargar tu botella), y cuando salí en la puerta había 5 personas revolviendo basura y dando vueltas por la calle. Todo estaba desierto, no muy bien iluminado y parecía inseguro salir. Así que me quede adentro. 2) No tienen agua para recargar tu botella 3) En el piso de la recepción había música en un volumen lo suficientemente alto para ser molesto y no dejar descansar bien. A las 11:30/12 de la noche pagaron la música. 4) gente hablando fuerte en la recepción.

- La habitación es muy ruidosa. Se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y de la recepción. Entra olor a humo de tabaco. No hay ni un gancho para colgar algo de ropa.

+ La atención del personal y las instalaciones, todo muy bonito, limpio y las camas muy cómodas.
- Que al llegar a registrarnos ya no nos toco llave para poder entrar y salir de las habitaciones, teníamos que solicitar a la chica de recepción que nos abriera y cerrará con su llave cada vez que entrábamos y salíamos 😣 y esto es un tanto incómodo porque a veces la chica estaba ocupada atendiendo a más personas y teníamos que esperar a que se desocupara ☹️🔑🪪⏳️. También que el área de las regaderas se encharca mucho después de que se hace uso de ellas, ojala puedan mejorar ese detalle 😪💦🚿

el lugar es muy bonito, céntrico y el personal 10/10, pero serviria tener una plancha para ropa y tambien hay mucho ruido por la noche.
