Beim Eintreffen gab es keine Reservierung, trotz Reservierungsnummer und Anzahlung, also auch kein Zimmer. Es gab auch kein Entgegenkommem bei der Lösung des Problems. Somit musste kurzfristig ein anderes Zimmer, verbunden mit Extrakosten, gebucht werden.

I am not very picky with my rooms, but this was far beyond my expectations. The room was freezing cold, and it took me a while to get the heat on. Shower was in a tiny bathroom, actually over the toilet and basin, very hard to lock the door. The worst thing was that i didn't manage to lock the door to my room at all. The room was clean though, only thing positive.

I would like to be refunded. They did not let me in the property despite proof of payment.

Had issues with getting access to the building making it frustrating. Address in hostelworld is not the actual address you need to go to causing extra hassle. No front desk person making any issues getting the access to the building much worse. Because I didnt get an email automatically on how to access the building and the hostel wasnt on whatsapp, I had to use my phone on roaming (extra $) call them to ask. Payment was done through a separate website which seems sketchy.

I booked this place late at night. The website was down. I called the number to get access to the room and there was no answer. I had to go somewhere else.
