- Very bad experience. They cancelled my reservation just because I didn’t respond to a message they sent on Booking. I arrived at 6 PM (during their reception hours) only to find out they had given my bed to someone else. It was a holiday weekend, and I had to find accommodation outside the city at the last minute. Very disappointing.

- Es una BURLA poner a 10 personas como GANADO dentro de una habitación mínima. Cama sin escalera, sin intimidad de una cortina, sin un estante, sin un armario más grande. Es una VERGÜENZA Cómo se trata de mal al viajero en este hostel. Ya pueden ir a otro HOSTEL no muy lejano de este, con un gran RESPETO por el huesoed. ES UNA VERGÜENZA!!!! He estado en muuuuuchos hostels en Chile y otras naciones y ESTE ES UNA VERGÜENZA para el viajero

+ El precio muy elevado para el servicio ofrecido...poca privacidad, mucho ruido interno y externo, baño chico, camas incomodas para el descanso, lugar para para compartir chico y desordenado...lo bueno la ubicacion...

- Le radiateur ne suffit pas à compenser les courants d'air froid de la fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. Par ailleurs, la fenêtre donne sur la cour où les sons résonnent : la chambre est donc très bruyante. Les bruits s'entendent aussi bien de l'intérieur. Les membres de l'équipe ne parlent quasiment que l'espagnol, participent au bruit ambiant et nous lorsque nous leur signalons que nous ne pouvons pas dormir à cause du bruit, ils nous répondent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire avant minuit... Mais même après minuit ça continuait. N'ayant pas dormi plusieurs nuits d'affilée, nous avons dû annuler notre randonnée (bruit jusqu'à 1h30 du matin). Les draps sont vieux, les couvertures tachées, les serviettes trouées. La salle de bain est dans un état lamentable : sale (cheveux dans la douche, urine sur la cuvette), pas un seul crochet pour mettre serviette ou vêtements, qu'il faut donc mettre dans le lavabo mouillé. Les toilettes n'ont pas de cuvette qui ferme. La cuisine est aussi déplorable : frigo très sale, poêles et casseroles usées, gazinière cassée (forte odeur de gaz à notre arrivée), torchon détrempé inchangé, etc.

- La habitación es muy pequeña para tener 10 camas, lo cual olores y desorden esta todo el día, entiendo que sea hostel ,sin embargo se debería ser consciente que en una habitación tan pequeña no se puede tener durmiendo a 10 personas con equipaje y todo. Junto con ello el baño sucio e incómodo ,en el baño del primer piso no salía agua caliente en la mañana, y para tantas personas solo hay 3 baños. En conclusión es un hostel que no está pensado para la comodidad.
- I had a private room but this is a wood house with shared bathroom for many people , so people all the night walking with loud sound on the floor to go to toilet, this made me can’t sleep all the night. You don’t need to pay for tax as a foreign tourist but this hostel still charge tourist for tax, I argued as all places that I have stayed didn’t ask for tax, in the end they said only pay with cash so I don’t need to pay tax, which is different from the tax free law.

+ Los espacios comunes están muy bien, la cocina, el balcón... Si buscas conocer gente o no te importa no descansar bien es el lugar. Me pareció caro para lo poco que pude dormir.
- La cama malísima, el suelo de madera suena muchísimo al dar un paso y eso hace que sepas de los movimientos del resto. Los baños ....
+ Deel van het personeel was behulpzaam. Prima locatie en veel gezamenlijke ruimtes.
- Toen we ‘s avonds terug in de kamer kwamen was de kamer gevuld met rook van de schoorsteen van de barbecue/open haard. De schoorsteen kwam tot de hoogte van ons raam wat niet veilig was. De hal stond ook vol met rook. Het voelde onveilig en extreem ongezond. We vroegen om een andere kamer maar de twee kamers die ze aanboden hadden ook evenveel rook in de kamer. Na 2 uur was de rook nog niet helemaal weg en vroegen we ons geld terug. Toen bleek er toch nog een andere kamer te zijn die wel rookvrij was, die hadden ze hiervoor niet aangeboden. We vonden het onverantwoord en erg ongezond. Het was een vervelende situatie.

Great central location, lovely hostel with a balcony and roof terrace.
We had a good stay at this hostel. Private room was good with comfortable bed. Kitchen was well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside is the bathrooms - the shower upstairs leaks on the floor so it is always wet, and this then causes a leak in the bathroom down stairs where water is dripping from the ceiling. The staff try hard to keep it clean, but they are facing a losing battle due to the condition of the bathrooms. As a result, they did not always feel the most clean.

too few toilets for so many beds. the rooms have 10 beds and there are only a couple of toilets, it's definitely limited and that makes them not that clean

+ La jubilación es perfecta a 3 calles de los buses jac, para trasladarte a temuco, 3 cuadras del súper eltit 2 de la avenida. Principal
- Pleno verano y no hay un ventilador en ell dormitorio !!!! Para 4 personas 3 hombres !!ni con la ventana abierta se capea.
+ I think it was one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in terms of coziness, cleanliness, space for cooking and hanging around. The staff is awesome as well!
- At summer in Pucón, it gets really hot at night, so very hard to sleep unfortunately.

+ Personnel très aimable. Cuisine bien équipée. Très bien située. Assez propre dans l,ensemble vu le nombre de clients. Le personnel très pro actif.
- Pas beaucoup de place pour étendre sa serviette ou autre chose. Manque une salle de bain au deuxième étage . Divans indéniablement complètement fini et à remplacer, ils perdent leur rembourrage et son aplatie comme des crêpes.

Great atmosphere at Willhouse ! The only difficulty is the lack of bathrooms and long queues in the morning.. but we did cope with it.
Nice hostel with great rooftop. Kitchen and common space was a bit small but it worked.
Some rooms are over the external area which means it’s impossible to sleep before midnight. Also small windows - but they are cool. Information about local hikes minimal (apart from the volcano) and used the tourist office. There are several lovely day hikes using the bus. Las Pozones recommended. Go for when it opens - very quiet and it’s lovely - you can go into the river as well as the pools. Super clean.

alles super, schade fand ich nur dass man ab punkt 0 nirgendwo draußen mehr leise reden durfte. selbst auf der obersten dachterasse nicht.
