- Location. Rooms were smelly Couldn't even stay there.

- Staff not trained enough , no cleanness , parking area very bad, Car got damaged , breakfast not provided even though it was included in the price . Rather I was discussing the breakfast matter while standing at reception with the family . No hot water was provided in the morning when outside temperature 20 degree .

+ The only good thing was that the staff was respectful and helpful. The toilets had good warm water available and breakfast was good

- The bed was not comfy at all, it was making weird squeaky noises, the bathroom had a coackroach, the room was quite untidy and NOT WHAT THE PICTURES SHOWED it was the complete opposite. The lighting of the rooms was bad and then the car park is in the basement taking your car in and out is a good driving test, the approach to the location was okay. The bed linen was SMELLY and so were the pillows though we got replacement pillows from them. Couldnt really sleep much. To add there were no toiletries as they show in pictures. I just read their reviews and they seem to have a habit of replying to bad reviews with reverse blame in some reviews they have responded to the client stating you tried to ask for price bargin etc lemme make it clear this is an honest review and literally what we experienced so please make sure when you do reply learn to accept your mistake and stop showing fake images to booking.com users. Its not what you show in pictures. The lamps in the room dont even work, as the tirle says only go here as a last resort.

- Too dirty, bed sheets was to dirty pillows was filled with hairs and blanket covered with multiple stains. No toiletries and clean towels. Even water bottle provided was refilled.

+ It was fairly near to the center of the city and had good food places in close proximity.

- There’s a lot. The rooms were unclean, bedsheets were so dirty that it was uncomfortable laying on them. Similar was the condition for pillows and comforters. I asked the staff to get them changed but nobody responded to me. I then had to ask two, three times again by which time they said that the dry cleaners had closed. The food at the hotel was absolutely terrible. We sent the rice back because it felt like they were 3 days old, handi was not good as well. Took them 40 minutes to reheat the old food and then the rooftop was not that clean. They didn’t give us water and drinks with the food. That came later. It was so upsetting because they didn’t have enough plates and glasses to serve only one family. Bathrooms had a very bad smell and they don’t have toiletries as opposed to their claim. Water in the muslim showers was so hot that it was unusable. Breakfast, except for the tea, was bad as well.

- The condition of the toilet was very bad even though the smell was spreading inside the room as well.

+ The breakfast was average, nothing out of the ordinary. The location was good tough, central and with good access to the market and eateries.

- I was expecting the place to be well-maintained. comfortable and tidy. These are the areas where it needs improvement. Furthermore, a narrow entrance to the parking is hazardous and can result in damage to visitor vehicles, this needs to be addressed.

+ The staff is so nice, trying to accommodate everything for us with the best they can. Muhammad Sabir, the new manager was so good, friendly person, he tried so hard to attend to any of our requests.

- The location of the parking bay was so tight, could not easily park the car The bed is so old and loose, couldn't able to sleep, ended up with back pain. The Hot water geyser was not working properly. If the owner invests more in the property and fixes the issues, it will be good for the travelers.

+ The place is good and in near city centre. Manager Zia is very humble and hospitable. Overall stay was comfortable. Good views

+ It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Zia sb, who was very polite, humble, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality made our experience even better.

+ Mostly Silent and a Great couple of staff helped us throughout the stay, Especially Xia who was very welcoming and friendly!

- I would have like a better option to heat up our rooms like an air conditioning unit than the one provided

+ Property is located in ideal location, very close to main abottabad road.

+ Thats really good place in quiet street, with covered parking place. Room are big enough and well equipment, the recepcionist very friendly and help for everything, rooftop you its so nice.

- the underground parking entrance is a little narrow, and unless you're an expert, you will most likely hit the walls, so be careful
