- J avais reservé a l'avance pour avoir une chambre direct a mon arrivée en Malaisie mais arrivée sur place il n'ont pas trouvé ma reservation, il m'ont redemandé de booker, bien sur le prix n'etait pas le meme, j ai décidé de prendre un autre hotel

- Already booked and confirmed but when arrived there no room for us , they told me all rooms are full booked.

+ A worst management didn't response to any online messages, when call said can late check in, once reach there said there is no more rooms

- The staff said i don't know anything, then why he working there???

+ I like in side room, so many cockroach.....

- Sudah 6 kali stay di sini urusan kerja.. pernah berikan reviu 10..tapi kali ini amat mengecewakan. Check in Bilik berbau Tandas kotor

- the bed was so horrible and they didnt even provide towel.We had to request and it took them more then 30min to give the towel.The pillow was so horrible and hotel was super dirty and got cockroach

+ Over all staff are friendly. Towel very old over use Expired. Bed cover so dirty never washed over use . Restroom very poor old not confarable.

- Bilik bau rokok, tiada tingkap, lemas, susah nak bernafas..bising kerana bilik tiada penyerap bunyi.

+ موقع الفندق جيدا من حيث الأسواق والمحلات المجاورة له الموظفين بصفة عام جيدة ،

- اولا خدمة الغرف لم اجد غرفة يوجد داخل الحمام شطافة ثانيا جودة الفوط وغطاءات السرير كأنها لم تغسل جيدا وتميل الى اللون الاصفر مع وجود حشرة ( البق ) فوق ملابسى وايضا وجود عنكبوت فى زواية الغرفة ثالثا مخدات النوم كلها صفراء عفا عليها الزمن رابعنا علقات الملابس وقعت منذو 3 ليالى ولا يوجد فى لتصليحها خامسا حجم الغرفة صغير جدا سادسا لا تحتوى الغرفة على اى ثلاجة او ثلاجة عامة بالطرقة او غسالات ملابس سابعا الاساس داخل الغرفة كثير قديم ثامنا التلفزيون لا يوجد به جهاز استقبل قنوات راسيفر

- Very good location, near to McD and others restaurant, lot of parking coz not in busy area
