- The aircond compresser so noisy that we can't sleep. When we asked to chg room they said need to top up money

- Tilam ada pijat ...mengganggu waktu tidur ..walaupun housekeeping telah menukar cadar dan selimut...masih ada lagi pijat yg masih merayap ..sejujurnya saya kecewa sebab xselesa dengan kewujudan serangga kotor ini harap pihak pengurusan dapat menyelesaikan masalah tilam .terima kasih.

+ Everyone thing was a bad I changed my room 3 times ! Some rooms Tv old or not working Or Aircond not working or leaking Or Heater shower not working or very old I’ve been in Malaysia for 4 years and this is the worst-ever

- I've stayed at many sun inns hotels but this one is the worst of all. The night shift receptionist is terrible, clearly requires proper training as a receptionist. He gave me room 307, the aircond compressor near the window is very loud and I requested to change room. Without any apology he insisted on checking up on the room to decide whether I can change rooms or not. When he arrives at the room, all I can hear is a long 'sigh' and he keeps repeating "tak ada usik lain kan". He later changed me to room 207 which is the same situation as the previous room, perhaps even worse, the aircond compressor near the window sounds like a broken lorry engine. I was so burned out of long hours driving and I just forced myself to sleep.
