- I didn't get my money back for a whole month. They should keep the transaction through booking until you arrive at the hotel to pay for your reservation. But the initial transaction is not reverted on the spot but 30 days later. So your money is blocked for a month. Also it was very cold inside, I dont know if they have heating or not

- L’ho trovata molto sporca,bagno con la muffa nel box doccia,poi c’era la puzza nel bagno( a fogna),materasso molto duro,non mi sono trovata bene,la finestra in alto era piena di polvere…ecc Da evitare.
I'll just say breakfast. I found it very dirty, bathroom with the muff in the doccia box, then there was the puff in the bathroom (a drain), mattress very hard, I didn't feel well, the window upstairs was full of dust...etc. To avoid.

+ There is nothing to like about this hotel.
- In my 44 years of life I've stayed in a lot of hotels and hostels. I've been in 1*, 2* hotels or pensions without any stars. This "hotel" is by far the worst I've ever been in. I cannot understand how this “hotel” even has stars, it should be demolished. Usually I get in line with other reviewers but this time I cannot understand how this “hotel” has positives reviews and such high qualificatives. I don’t want to be rude but this is my first time I rate a “hotel” with 1. To pay 115 EUR plus 6.30 EUR tourist tax for this kind of “hotel” is outrageous. The “hotel” is dirty, ugly, small and the rooms look like they were organized to welcome homeless people. It took me 5 minutes in the morning to make me courage to take a shower in that filthy bathroom. The duvet is actually a blanket with horrible feeling. I just wanted the night to pass to be able to leave the building. I wouldn’t recommend staying there even if it was for free!

- Pretty much everything else! To access the lobby you must take a flight of stairs (NO OTHER OPTIONS!). Good luck if you have a bunch of heavy luggage. The property hasn't been renovated in ages and you see mold in the shower. One morning they didn't even have coffee for breakfast and we even had a small fire woke us up at down. This place needs to be completely renovated!
+ Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr angenehm. Es gibt ein günstiges und sicheres Parkhaus fußläufig entfernt, das man erreichen kann, ohne eine der eingeschränkten Zonen befahren zu müssen. Vom Hotel aus ist man in kürzester Zeit in der U-Bahn um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alles Top.
- Das Hotel ist in einem Zustand, der es unmöglich macht einzuschätzen, ob das Zimmer einfach nur kaputt oder doch schlicht dreckig ist. Wir waren in einem Doppelzimmer im 4 Stock. Der Öffnungsmechanismus des Fensters starrte vor Staub und Taubendreck. An den Wänden waren Streifen rätselhafter Herkunft in einer Färbung, die an getrocknetes Blut erinnerte. Die Tapete löste sich an vielen Stellen von der Wand. Die Einrichtung wurde schätzungsweise seit den 1970ern Jahren nicht mehr renoviert. Das Badezimmer war von Rost und freigelegten Rohren gezeichnet, aber im Gegenzug frei von Möglichkeiten die benutzen Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Klimaanlage konnte mit viel Überredung dazu gebracht werden einen Ventilator anzuschmeißen, der zwar das Zimmer nicht kälter gemacht hat, aber wenigstens frischen Staub aus dem Lüftungsschacht ins Zimmer pustete. Beim Entfernen der roten Tagesdecke auf dem Bett wirbelten wir einerseits Staub auf, der gefühlt noch von den keltischen Siedlern, die damals Mailand gegründet hatten berichten konnte und wurden andererseits von einer gemütlichen Versammlung fremder Haare auf der Bettwäsche begrüßt. Der Herr an der Rezeption begrüßte uns freundlich, mit akzeptablen Englisch und behielt erstmal ohne Erklärung unsere Personalausweise während wir unsere Sachen mit dem arg überforderten Aufzug in den vierten Stock brachten. Die Zimmerkarte durften wir beim Verlassen des Hotels nicht mitnehmen, erhielten sie aber bei der Rückkehr ohne jegliche Kontrolle unserer Identität wieder zurück. Das Frühstück überzeugte mit einem erfrischenden Mangel an Auswahl, alle Menschen mit Problemen bei der Entscheidungsfindung können sich hier sehr glücklich schätzen. Der Kaffee war gut.
The hotel is in a state that makes it impossible to assess whether the room is just broken or simply dirty. We were in a double room on the 4th floor. The opening mechanism of the windows stared at Staub and Taubendreck. In the Wmeien rooms, on the one hand, there were many strips of red carpet in a color that reminded of a getnet bloodstone. The carpet could be seen in many places on the wall. The facility was estimated to have not been used for years. The room was renovated by the Staubendreck...
- Facilities on booking.com mentioned air conditioning, but there was no air conditioning, and it was very hot and uncomfortable.
