We had accidentally booked a private room with shared bathroom. They charged us 10€ per person per night to upgrade to a private bathroom (60€ as we were two person/3 nights) on hostelworld it would’ve been only 10€ per night, so only 30€. They charged us 5€ /person /night for tourist tax (30€ total more), could only be paid cash with no receipt, while on HW it is only stated 2€ and usually included in the total price. Feels like we got ripped off considering ants in the room and...

Lovely rooms, very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Would recommend.
