Bedway Athens Hostel

It was fine for one night. I liked that it had curtains and plugs in each bed. Weird location and not social. Rooms super small.

El Hostel está a una hora del centro. Ponen música dentro del baño 24 horas y mientras estás durmiendo la escuchas. Sólo hay 3 zonas comunes muy pequeñas . Apenas caben 5 personas. La cocina muy pequeña. Sólo hay dos fogones eléctricos para cocinar y se calientan muy despacio. También en la cocina 24 horas música de la radio bastante fuerte. The place is ok for very few nights, but the communication with the staff is really bad. They use whatsapp and didn't even gave me the number. When I tried to wash my clothes, I gave them to the housekeeper to just notice after the whole day that they could not wash them since I was leaving the next morning (eventhough I asked). I tried to get my clothes back and the staff writing through whatsapp was not nice at all, as if it was my fault to not been informed properly. They are unnecesarily rud...

This is a pretty average and basic hostel. The surrounding area wasn’t too bad. The staff were very nice! Not much of a common area and decent sized kitchen. Overall it’s not a bad choice for Athens

Not for touring travelers IMO Cheap accommodation for the ones who *need* a short stay in Athens.

Hostel is in a super dodgy area but it’s still very quick and easy to get into the city centre. Strange vibe in hostel lots of older men wouldn’t recommend the hostel or area to women travelling solo. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are very clean. Staff are not helpful with tourists recommendations/public transport inquiries.

Honestly I wouldn’t come here again. It was absolutely fine for the 2 night stay I was there but definitely had more cons than pros. I received a few messages prior to my arrival to ensure I was able to get in the property as the reception team was about to leave for the day (around 6 PM). We were warmly welcomed and given our keys to the dorms. The elevators were not working and it appeared they were being used for a storage closet. The floors had streaks of stains from days gone by. If you want a safe and comfortable hostel to sleep at while you see the city then this place is great. If you want any kind of vibe or social connections then this place is not great.

Property was all goods, it was good for a few nights that we stayed there. Close to train station to get places.

Great location in a good area. Right next to tram, metro, bus. Only 10 minutes to the centre on the metro. Very small kitchen but everything you need. A clean simple budget hostel. Watch out for the showers the water temperature goes from boiling hot to cold !!

If you want a safe and comfortable hostel to sleep at while you see the city then this place is great. If you want any kind of vibe or social connections then this place is not great.

It was my third time i 've stayed at this hostel and will definitely stay again. Clean facilities, next to the Metro station and supermarket, kind and helpful staff (Dimitra at reception was amazing) and all this in a budget price. One thing i believe is missing are some plugs for charging in the open backyard of the hostel :)) Until next time!

My first visit to Athens, it was very nice , enjoyable and beautiful in all aspects, the hostel was quiet, safe and so clean , and the staff were wonderful, very close to the metro station less than 2 minutes and also the buses that take you to the city center less than 10 minutes walk, everything was wonderful in this trip 10/10 👌🏻, I will definitely come back again. 🇬🇷♥️

Probably one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, right next to a metro station, 30min by walk from Acropolis and 40-50min from party district so you can even walk back after a good time out. It was so clean and the curtains really provide good privacy

Excellent hostel

Only spent one night there but I would recommend it. The place was clean, the bed was really comfy.

The beds and bathroom were so cosy and private. There was a place outside to work on your computer and drink coffee. The metro was 2 minutes away and it was a easy walk to the main Athen attractions. Overall a really good experience.

Lo mejor del hostal es la limpieza, Se encuentra en una zona alejada del centro. Los espacios comunes son casi inexistentes: un banco corrido enfrente de recepción y un patio interior con tres mesas. La cocina es demasiado pequeña para toda la gente que puede alojarse en el hostal ya que son varias plantas. Los fines de semana es difícil encontrar a alguien en recepción, con lo que se comunican por whatsapp, curiosamente de forma eficiente. Hostal impersonal y sin encanto.
