BED BUGS!!!! I was getting bit in the night, but assumed it was mosquitos...it continued to get worse (and I had not slept in any other beds while in Santorini). The day I left I noticed the reaction to the bites got much worse and after researching I realized it was bed bugs. I addressed this issue w them and they basically blamed me for not telling them sooner (while I was still there). I then explained to them they had gotten worse a few hours after leaving and sent photos...THEY NEVER REPLIED BACK! I just told them I wanted them to take care of the issue so that no one else would suffer from the bites, and they didn’t even have the decency to respond. This doesn’t surprise me about the beds...seeing as the mattresses from the rooms closed for the season were left uncovered in a stack outside on the deck for the entire week I was there...exposed to bugs, dirt, and moisture. Aside from that, they beds were VERY squeaky and uncomfortable, every time you moved around the whole bunk bed would wobble and squeak. There’s a fridge in the kitchen but no microwave or oven to heat your food. The only positive is the location..it’s close to the beach.
