- Showroom and Toilets are not clean, the reception isn’t there as supposed to be in timelines
Terrible hostel! Bad hygiene, awful smell from the rooms and halls and when I brought this up with staff, nothing was done. This is my first time complaining and writing a bad review for somewhere but it is well deserved considering how they rip off guests. Avoid this place and don't give them business!

My passkey didn’t work for the front door, I got there at 11pm so I was locked out and stranded. They didn’t answer the door bell or phone to let me in so I was left without accomodation and without a refund.
+ Just that is in the middle of the Northbridge. But then again, there were so many of the other hostels too.
- Well, a huge turn off for a introvert like me, is that there was only one common area, the dinning area. If I wanted to go at the end of the night and play some games or chat with my gf, the common area was full of noisy people eating and so. So I had to wait in my room from 9pm to 11pm till everyone left. Which doesnt happen at other places, where there is at least 3 or 4 common areas for the price that Haus is charging (where I could hang around without feeling awkward). So no, I wouldn't come back to this place ever again. I wouldnt recommend it to any of my friends either, and I would actively discourage them to come here.

+ L'emplacement seulement. Seule une réceptionniste qui est présente quelques jours dans la semaine assure un peu.
- Les lits à ressorts très douloureux pour le dos, les douches sales sans verrou et sans pommeau de douche et sans eau froide, les WC sales avec des cafards a côté d'un couloir avec beaucoup de passages , zéro intimité. Un lavabo côté homme pour tout l'hôtel (homme only) Des cafards dans la cuisine. Dans la chambre vous avez une table de bureau mais sans chaise. Aucun change des draps possible sur 1 semaine. Pas de clim. La réception vaporise du spray désodorisant pour " nettoyer" les chambres. Unique. Deux tables de 4 pour tout l'hôtel pour manger. Je ne parle pas de l'extérieur qui à une pergola maison prêt à s'effondrer sur les gens. Un manager qui ne dit jamais bonjour et vous ignore ou vous gueule dessus passant ses journées café à la main sur son portable a visionner youtube. Incroyable. Et le tout pour des prix extrêmement chers.

- Same code for everyone always. Absolutely any ex-guest could come in to the hostel and to any room. The kitchen looks like there was a hurricane yesterday.

Location is great, very central. Staff were very helpful at checking, just couldn’t find the check in strait away. Place was clean but guests were messy, leaving their stuff everywhere. Bed wasn’t very comfy but the space was private. No plug socket by bed (top bunk) and no light in bunk

+ Location is very good. Not the staff in general but Joel did an amazing, how he took care about ALL issues anybody had, I would just come back because he is putting in some real effort to make you feel welcome

I think of the best hostels in the central Perth area. Higher pricing definitely worth it!
