Casa Las Flores

We stayed here for one night as a emergency hostel, because we were arriving late. We were greatful to be aable to check in at 11pm. We unfortunately didn't get the room we booked, which we really didn't care about. In the bathroom were thousands of ants crawling at the shower wall. There were also loads of ants coming out of the wall crawling onto the tap, which was really disgusting. We were greatful for having a place to stay, but normally we wouldn't stay here ever.

It’s a nice local guesthouse (don’t expect hostel vibe with backpackers). The pictures are three times better then the place actually is (it’s not new, the terrace is small, our bathroom was different than on the pic). We didn’t get the room that we selected through the website. The kitchen is very well equipped. The water pressure is very low. Sometimes there is no water and you need to ask staff to fix it. I really enjoyed staying at casa de las flores. It is a cute little place. It's definitely secure because we struggled to open the front door everytime we came back. We just struggled with the old fashioned key they used. It was really cute though. The whole city lost power multiple times, but they were quick to get us candles for the evening.
