Sixth Sense Hostel

Leider zu weit Außerhalb des Zentrums Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, Badezimmer ist an sich sauber aber reicht sehr unschön.

The hostel was pretty far from the Center of Unawatuna. As a solo traveler I can’t recommend though because the hostel was not social at all. Almost no guests when I was there. Also the staff was not really helpful (no Tipps at all, couldn’t pay by card and they told me when I arrived etc.). I left my luggage there when I checked out and I asked if I can leave it there until I am leaving. They said yes and then he wanted to charge me for it :-(

Overall good stay. Would come again. Laundry is not included. The owner is super nice and helpful. The assistant is kinda creepy.

I loveeed it there, I love that it has a kitchen(which is honestly not the cleanest but it’s bearable in my opinion), the guy who workes there is the cutest man alive, the flowers and common spaces are so adorable, the location is a bit out of the way but you could easily rent a scooter and pick me works very well!! The beds are alright, not the nicest blankets but the usual in sri lanka, I found it friggin cute there💖

It's a small property which I enjoyed a lot but because there were not so many guests.If it would be fully booked I feel there wouldn't be spacious enough. Cozy, beautiful decoration, very,very clean, by a secondary road, quiet during night.

Quite remote location which meant the evenings we spent here were quite calm and quiet but love and clean, beds were nice and big, with lots of storage space (bring a padlock). Kitchen area was nice and big, water refill which was brilliant, overall no real complaints :)

Loved the interiors, very well done. Well located away from the crowded parts offering a sneak-peek into daily life in the village. Beach is a only walk away whenever you need it. Kelum was really helpful with everything in the hostel.

This hostel was perfect for our stay, the rooms were so clean and comfortable. We had use of a kitchen which was so nice. The owner was just so helpful and a really nice man. 100% recommend staying here

Ich kann das Hostel wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Es liegt mitten im grünen, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Es gab sogar eine sehr gut ausgestatte Küche mit Kühlschrank und kostenlosem Trinkwasser. Die Besitzer waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde aufjedenfall wiederkommen!

Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Hostel. Weiter weg von der Hauptstraße, dementsprechend sehr ruhig

Such a clean and comfy stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Whilst not the most social hostel, the staff made my stay very enjoyable and the facilities were fantastic

Huge praise for this amazing hostel and its owner. The place is gorgeous, peaceful and very clean with plenty of comfy outdoor and indoor seating. The biggest win is the lovely owner who was so accommodating and friendly. He even offered to bring us dinner to the hostel, made by a local friend on our first night for a very reasonable price. It was so delicious we had it every night of our stay. Yoga mat to borrow for free. Big, clean kitchen. Rooms are air conditioned, very clean and comfy.

Loved our stay here! The property was helpful and helped out with my missed booking. Large kitchen with many things. Uber Eats is also accessible Location is a little bit inside but peaceful easy to get a Tuk Tuk The property is beautiful and the bathroom is super spacious

eine super ruhige, entspannte und süße unterkunft. der host ist sehr lieb und alles ist super sauber. liegt richtig schön im grünen. es gibt auch eine große saubere küche wo man kochen kann

Angenehemer Aufsnthakt in einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Hostel mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche. Der Besitzer war super zuvorkommend und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben

Der Aufenthalt war eine 10/10. Es war sauber, der Hostelbesitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich, eine komplete Küche frei zur Verfügung mit gratis Trinkwasser.

We stayed 3 nights at the six sense hostel and had a lovely time. The staff was super nice, we talked a lot with him and he made everything possible for us. The room was clean and we where able to use the kitchen perfectly for breakfast. Would go the again every single time. Thank you!

Cute little hostel with a great outdoor courtyard area, A/C in bedrooms and full kitchen with cooking facilities. All areas felt very clean. Staff were lovely. Nice location in local area with lots of greenery but very far from everything. I would often walk to beach and tuk tuk back to hostel. 12 beds, only 4 people staying when I was there, but it is off season.

A really nice and cosy hostel with great facilities and friendly staff, the only downside is the location as it is quite far out from the beach/town, would be fine if you had a scooter/car. As a solo female traveler, I did feel uneasy about walking back at night as it is quite isolated but can get a tuktuk easily enough via uber/pick me.

One of the nicest hostels I've stayed in! The facilities make it feel like you're staying in a hotel and the staff are so helpful ~ they even organised a taxi for me for free when I had to catch my bus. The only downside is it's a 30 minute walk from Unawatuna but I hired a motorbike from down the road for 1,5000 rupees. The guys there even dropped it off and picked it up from the hostel for no extra charge

Super mooi en rustig hostel!! De badkamer en slaapzalen zijn enorm schoon! Enige nadeel is dat het vrij afgelegen ligt en je er niets kan eten (wel een keuken om zelf te koken). Dus je moet altijd een tuktuk bestellen of zelf een scooter hebben gehuurd. Heel vriendelijk personeel en heel chill en rustig
