+ J'avais réservé pour avoir un billard et une piscine. Les équipements étaient bien présents, en revanche, pour le prix de la location, la qualité du logement en soi laisse à désirer.
- -La villa n'était pas propre: sol pas lavé, des bêtes collés sur le plafond du salon et des chambres en masse, cuisine pas nettoyé -La villa n'est pas entretenue, donc ancienne -L'espace commun n'est pas convivial, c'est l'accueil de l'hôtel. Difficile pour profiter en famille. Il y a des villas dans les alentours de Hoi An bien moins chers et beaucoup plus spacieux, neuves et entretenues. Je ne recommande pas pour le prix que c'est.
+ Mooie en nette kamers. Zwembad was goed onderhouden en mooi.
- Kamer was erg klein. Toen wij er verbleven waren er erg veel jongeren in het hotel die elke nacht tot 4/5u ‘s ochtends poolparty’s hielden. Na meermaals dit te zeggen aan het personeel deden zij hier niets aan. In de regels van het hotel staat nochtans dat het zwembad gesloten is ‘s nachts en dat het na 10 uur stil moet zijn. Dan boek je een hotel war verder van de stad, maar slapen zat er helaas niet in voor ons 😢

The accommodation is cheap, the attitude of the staff is also very friendly, there is a female staff who speaks Chinese, and will also help arrange transportation and massage, the price is also affordable.I live on the first floor, there are a lot of mosquitoes, no electric mosquito scent, only electric mosquito bites, one night I killed at least ten mosquitoes.The distance is a little bit from the old street, need to take a Grab to go there.

- The only thing was that the room is not very well isolated. So you can very well hear the occasional noise from the street and roosters at 3-4 am. If you have earplugs it’s fine!
+ The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to main attractions (20 -30) mins walk from the ancient city town. The villa has spacious rooms with balconies. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with fluffy pillows, soft matresses, and complete amneties. There are few authentic, less touristy local eateries close to the hotel. The hotel also has free bikes (4 of them on first come first serve) that you can take. The owner is very friendly, humble, and great to talk to according to my husband and son. We loved the food places that he recommended. The staffs are equally friendly and accomodating and wouldn't mind coming back. The pool is smaller than it appears in the picture. However, it is very clean and was not an issue since we barely used it.

+ I want to thank the owner with his effective responses and fast solving issue with the cleanness of the room . The room is spacious with balcony ,facing the street . It was offered water,coffee . Amenities in the shower section. Advantage of the big window of the show,humidity goes away fast. The matras was comfortable. The room wasn't new ,few places needed more care. Although the room was facing the street,after 23:00 it was quite . But very loud noice from cafe and neighbors. Seebeds cushions require to be cleaned ,they are grey and in mould . Nice area for dining next to reception.
+ Estaba todo muy limpio y la piscina muy bonita. La habitación corresponde con la de las fotos, es muy amplia y cómoda.
- La recepcionista era muy invasiva intentando vendernos todo tipo de tours cuando le dijimos en muchas ocasiones que no queríamos hacer ningún tour. Por otro lado, quisimos hacer una noche más y nos la cobró a mismo precio de booking (en otras estancias te descuentan el porcentaje que se queda la plataforma de booking que es entre un 15% y un 20%). Esto significa que ese porcentaje se lo quedó ella al no modificar la reserva en la app.
+ Good value. Everything in the room worked well. Nice pool. Quiet environment. Helpful staff. A short grab ride to the beach or old town.

+ We chose Sunora because of the location. Out of the really busy town, but close enough to get there within 10 mins in a grab taxi for less than £1.20! Or you can walk/cycle easily enough. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, they booked our basket boat trip and airport transfer and were always on hand if we needed anything. Laundry service was a great price and very fast. We have 2 big bags full back within the same day! We had 2 interconnecting rooms with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The area is very peaceful meaning you get a good night's sleep! The swimming pool is a lovely bonus to cool down, very clean and comfortable sun beds and towels provided. The drinks are very reasonably priced and brekfast was plentiful. Tip: Go to the lantern workshop about 250m down the road, it is in a local families garden, away from the crowds and the ladies were so patient and kind with our children! Its called Duh Thanh! The ones in the center are very busy!!
- Although the rooms were clean, they are tired in places and maybe in need of a little update, fresh paint and tidy up of the bathroom.

+ L’établissement est bien situé, à 10 minutes à scooter de la plage et de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont grandes. Le patron Tyler est très sympathique et le personnel Lunaa, Mio et lee se sont toujours démenées pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable.
+ The two front desk ladies are amazingly friendly and supportive. They gave me some tips for local foodie, helped me with direction, bicycle ride (free rented bicycle) . The pool is small but warm, I enjoyed the morning swim. The location is amazing, just between the An Bang beach and the Old town Hoi An (10mins by bicycle) . I really enjoyed my stay there!

+ Heel aardig personeel, ruime kamer, locatie super, precies tussen het strand en de stad in. Ik vond het heel fijn dat ze fietsen hadden waar je gratis gebruik van kon maken! Zwembad is klein maar fijn. Je krijgt elke dag gratis water. Je kan ontbijten, lunchen en avond eten (dat kan je bestellen) bij hen. Ik heb daar zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ze regelde een taxi voor mij na mn vlucht, erg fijn en handig! Ze zijn ook flexibel, ik kon mn verblijf zo verlengen met een nacht. Communicatie via WhatsApp is heel handig!
- De badkamer was wel wat ouderwets. De ramen en balkon deuren gingen niet heel soepel open. Het kluisje werkte niet in mijn kamer. Personeel spreekt wel engels, maar soms echt heel lastig te verstaan. Daardoor heb ik sommige dingen ook niet goed begrepen. Of duurde dat wat langer voordat ik hen begreep of zij mij (haha). Maar dit zijn allemaal minimale dingen, het was een super fijn verblijf!

+ Perfectly located in a more peaceful part of Hoi An, very calm and comfortable from the minute I arrived, the staff were all wonderful and kind and really made my stay special. My room was at the back of the property, perfect for doing some work at the desk during the day, with excellent wifi throughout the week. I recommend Sunora for anyone seeking a peaceful stay within an easy bike-ride or leisurely walk to the town centre, and very close to the rice-fields, also local coffee and food options on the same street.

+ Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist super nett und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben sowie uns ein Taxi früh morgens zum Flughafen organisiert. Immer gerne wieder!
+ Sunora is a very charming place. The front desk, the swimming pool and the small garden, gives a very nice impression when you arrive at the place. I was taken to a room on the 3rd floor, as they were fully booked. A spacious room, nicely decorated, a good bathroom and a balcony. Everything very clean. In the end to be on that floor was very nice, towards the side of the building. The birds were there all the time, singing. I felt like I was in a little village, and yet in town (1,5kms), but not in the middle of the crowds. They have bicycles. Everyone is very nice. Tien the owner is a very nice young man, an intreperner, who does his best to have everything as it is supposed to be. I wish the best for Sunora Villa, and all the team. 100% recommend P.S - There was a difference in the dollars I had paid, and Tien gave me the difference. Very honest.
