- Vị trí ko thuận tiện vì đặt xe quá khó khăn. Bufet sáng quá tệ. Cần cải thiện.

+ Nice hotel, beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and smiley staff, sweet and helpful reception.

- When we entered the room, we were hit by a strong smell and initially thought it was some kind of powerful mosquito repellent. In the following days, we realized it was actually a smell of mold and dampness. The sheets always felt humid. Since our room had two doors, we kept them both open along with the fan to create airflow and get rid of the smell so we could sleep. However, as soon as we closed the doors, the smell returned just as strong. The breakfast was standard. Although the staff seemed constantly busy, many things had to be pointed out in order to be addressed (items missing from the breakfast that were not replenished, shared ashtrays that were not emptied, noisy activity outside the rooms early in the morning, sheets that were not changed during a 4-night stay). Some of these issues might not be critical or enough to ruin an otherwise pleasant stay (except for the mold smell), but when you are a 4-star hotel, you are expected to take care of such details.

- 룸 3개를 예약했고, 첫날 밤비행기라서 오전 1시반 레이트 체크인을 미리 고지했다. 갔는데 담당 직원이 카드 키를 주는것이 아니라, 기다리라고 하고 혼자 여기저기 왔다갔다 하더니 난 뒤에 따라오라고 해서 가족 7명이 죽~ 따라가고, 문 하나 열고 여기 방 하나, 그리고 계단 막 올라가더니 여기 방하나, 그리고 나서 또 기다리라고 하고 10분이 지나도 오지 않음. 그래서 내가 따라 내려가서 방 한개 더 남았다. 차라리 룸 키를 주면 우리가 들어가겠다 했는데 기다리라고만. 그리고 5분이 더 지나서야 키를 가져와서 그 옆방이라고 ㅡㅡ 너무 안일한 아마추어같은 태도에 밤비행기에 다낭공항에서 호이안까지 40분 걸려서 갔는데 체크인에만 40분이 걸려서 너무 힘들었다. 그 직원만 빼고 다른 직원들은 매우 친절하고 전문적이었다.

+ Eine kleine, sehr wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Wie eine Oase! Es gibt Fahrräder kostenlos zum Ausleihen (damit sind wir zum Strand gefahren) und 1x pro Aufenthalt einen kostenlosen Transfer zur Altstadt.

+ Our stay at Senvila Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The pool and garden are definite highlights of the hotel — perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the breakfast is delicious. The short distance to the Old Town wasn’t an issue for us, as Grab rides were always readily available. Once we even used the free bycicles of the hotel to explorer the eice fields and the beach. We absolutely recommend Senvila Hotel for a great stay in Hoi An.

+ I liked all kinds of resort services,clean facilities, friendly staff and a good location.

+ It was very clean and quiet. The staff on reception were very helpful.

- The cleaning staff were a little pushy. I explained I was on a call with family and could they come back - they continued to knock every 5 minutes until I let them in. They then just left a towel and walked out. It was an amazing stay, but this was a little strange.

+ Aunque no tiene vistas es como un oasis de tranquilidad. La piscina en el interior del patio perfecta. La situacion cerca del centro de Hoi An No demasiado lejos de las playas.

- En el desayuno hay casi de todo. Como occidental me falta una cafetera italiana para degustar el cafe vietnamita.

+ Không gian xanh, yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng. Nhân viên đặc biệt nhiệt tình, thân thiện, hỗ trợ khách lưu trú

- Trong phòng nên có thêm gương toàn thân thì thuận tiện hơn cho khách lưu trú khi muốn kiểm tra diện mạo của mình trước khi ra ngoài

+ L’hôtel est très soigné et tout le personnel, qu’il soit de l’accueil, du ménage ou de l’intendance, se plie en quatre pour vous être agréable et vous permettre de passer un plaisant séjour.... La mise à  disposition de vélos permet d’explorer les environs par de petites routes intérieures peu fréquentées et la navette journalière en soirée, d’aller dîner en ville sans recourir au taxi.

- Malheureusement, difficile de se détendre et de se reposer sur les transats de la piscine car de très nombreux enfants étaient présents et n’ont cessé de hurler avec des cris stridents sous l’œil bienveillant de parents mal élevés qui se contentent de filmer et de prendre des photos... Aucun respect pour autrui... L’établissement devrait rappeler les consignes pourtant affichées.

+ Vey friendly staff. Great breakfast. We loved to borrow bicycles and tour around the area and old town. Pool was great for the kids.
