+ Worst hotel experience. There was a party in the laundry area at 2:00 AM, which is unacceptable for guests who pay to sleep and relax. The fact that the laundry area is open at that hour makes it even worse. I also forgot my key inside my room and was charged 200 baht, even though the same situation happened a few days earlier and I was not charged, so the treatment seems to depend on who you speak to. Noise on level 2 is constant from around 6:00 AM, with footsteps and other disturbances that make resting impossible. After checkout, I asked to leave my bag for a few hours and was refused unless I stayed additional nights, which is very inflexible compared to most hotels. After I complained about the noise, the staff’s attitude was unpleasant, with no apology and ironic smiles. Overall, very disappointing and far from a relaxing stay.

- They cleaned our room only for the first night then never again. Despite having put up the “please clean” sign. The beds weren’t the greatest and there was much noise outside the room. Also the laundry service was strictly payment and not very cheap. They also have a tour guide/taxi in the lobby room who constantly harasses tourists who are simply not trying to buy any services. It was extremely frustrating after the second night. The location is also surrounded by old prostitutes. The water temperature also changes from cold to hot randomly and you have little control

- Tivemos uma experiência péssima com a equipa de turismo e tours deste hotel, para além de nos terem enganado, recusaram-se a levar-nos para o local que pedimos e falaram nos mal (quase berraram) porque entendemos que estávamos a ser claramente enganados! Não aconselho a futuros clientes, procurem um hotel que valorize os seus clientes e não tenha equipas que o foco único é roubar turistas à descarada de forma injusta. Pequeno almoço muito básico.

You can hear your neighbors as if they were in the same room as you: footsteps, turning on the water, knocking. You can hear everything. 3. To turn on the light in the toilet at night you have to go to the front door and turn on the light there - it's very inconvenient. My boyfriend decided to go into the restroom at night by feel and tripped over the horrible threshold in the restroom. Be careful. 4. It was my birthday on check-in day and I had a bouquet of flowers. I was offered a cut bottle, along with a vase. Although vases are standing everywhere in the hotel. It was very unpleasant. And no one even congratulated me. 5. Near the hotel some abandoned buildings and night girls. It is not the best location, although not bad in terms of being able to go sightseeing. This is the worst vacation, I listed only the most important minuses. Good thing there was only one night here.

- Chambre donnant sur la route, extrêmement bruyant j'avais l'impression de dormir sur le bord de la route. Une autre chambre manquait de lumière naturelle et nous étions presque dans le noir. Il y a des marches entre chaque pièces, construction de mauvaise qualité.

+ The location is great. Closer to Chinatown and all. It’s a little hotel but has it all.

- The gang of the mafia looking agent selling the trip front of the lift. The shower hot water taps.

+ Hôtel au calme très bien situé a deux pas de chinatown et a 4 minutes du Metro Wat Mankon, hôtel magnifique et très atypique avec un mélange d'industriel et colonial que j'ai adoré, le propriétaire est un grand fan des US, il a une magnifique collection d' Harley Davidson et pleins d'autres objets asiatique partout dans l'hôtel, vraiment magnifique ! Le personnel est très discret mais très réactive a la moindre demande, le TOP. La literie est très confortable, il y a une super salle de pause au 2è étage avec billard, table poker, sièges massant, TV grand écran (pour le Foot ;-), fauteuil, machine café, micro onde, idéal pour les ados et la laverie est vraiment un grand plus ! Très bonne hôtel rapport qualité prix ! ;-)

- Le petit déjeuné et bien mais pour moi qui suis Français, il me manqué une machine a café a grain et du vrai pain , ce serait le Top ;-)

+ God location near to active Chinatown street. Easy walking to ferry and other food markets. Quiet at night.

+ Super personnel qui est très accueillant et sympathique, tous les jours sans exception! L’emplacement est idéal, au calme mais proche du quartier chinois en ébullition. Hôtel très propre avec un lobby qui sent toujours bon !

- Il fait très chaud au 6ème étage à cause des blocs climatiseur qui donnent sur l’intérieur de l’hôtel

+ 駅から徒歩3分ほどと近く、値段の割に清潔感があった。 また、24時間使えるランドリーもあって、長期滞在者にはありがたいと感じるサービスだと思う

+ Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, de kamers waren ook lekker schoon, elke dag kwamen ze de kamers weer opruimen enz. Tegen een kleine prijs kon je er sochtends lekker ontbijten. De plek van het hotel ligt ook goed gelegen, je kan overal naartoe! Echt een aanrader!
