- We had 2 rooms booked, Junior and king suite. It was confirmed via booking.com But they already gave it away as someone was paying higher money for it. And as a result, we were left with one room coming all the way from a different city. In addition to that, we were told to pay nearly double the price of that one room as opposed to what it says to booking.com. We tried to speak to the owner, but she ignored us and told us to deal with the receptionist. We had no choice except to walk away and find another place nearby. Please avoid at all costs and save your journey with another reputable hotel.

- Reception inesistente, ho cercato di chiamare il responsabile che non ha risposto né ha richiamato.
+ I liked the manager Effie a lot. She is very thoughtful and sweet! I think she is trying to get the place in order. It def has potential but needs some TLC.
- Pool wasn’t taken care of and needs to be cleaned. No generator on the property so when we lost power I had to try to pack in the dark for an early safari.

- Afy la propriétaire était pas trop aimable le contact était vraiment que pour payer. La wifi est vraiment très très mauvaise et la piscine pas propre du tout

+ Beautiful room and pool area. There is a limited morning breakfast for purchase which was delightful. Staff was very nice and accommodating when we decided we needed to leave bc of no AC.
- The room didn’t have AC, which we didn’t know to look for upon booking.
+ The host was so kind and ready to help and so were the staff! The aesthetics give Mombasa completely! The proximity to Watamu town and the affordability made it worth the stay!
- A little bit of general cleanliness would have improved my stay like Maintenance of the swimming pool.Some facilities like the fridge and tv were quite old as well and Would need a revamp.

+ Magnifique maison avec piscine très agréable. Personnel très gentil, notamment Judy. Bonne situation, peu de bruits, à 400 mètres de la plage.
- Salle de bain un peu vieille. Pas de "tour de la propriété". Je n'ai su qu'au bout de 2 jours qu'on pouvait commander un petit-déjeuner ou utiliser la cuisine. Gérante pas très accueillante.

+ Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è grande e accogliente e l’host molto disponibile a esaudire ogni nostra richiesta.
- Unica cosa da migliorare le zanzariere che sono un po’ scomode da fissare sul letto. Per il resto tutto ottimo

+ To everyone who reads this review. Stop looking for more. The place has a vibe. Spent 3 days there! Loved it! You will feel cozy, chilled with your own peace and at the same time you will be a part of the common area where everyone is friendly and welcoming to have chats or do activities Thanks and respects to the amazing owner Effie ( I hope I've spelled it right 😄 ) ❤️❤️❤️

+ Das Haus mit wunderschönen Makutidach und Swimmingpool liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern, aber nur 5min zum Strand. Der Pool liegt in einem schönen Garten. Eine Dank an die Chefin Ellen, die mit ihren lieben Hausangestellten jeden Tag ein Frühstück nach Wunsch z.B. auch mit frischem Salat, gemacht hat. Auf Wunsch bereitet sie auch leckeres Lunch oder Dinner! Ein sehr angenehmer Patz für einen individuellen Urlaub.
