While hostel is new. Clean.Staff intailly friendly. But then were issues to be address. They were hostile, grossly misleading and deceptive. I was not given receipt when I asked. Photos don't match hostel. No common area. Not reception down stairs. The property details says allow credit card but that is not true, cash only. You will be locked inside hostel after 10 pm and need to text someone to open the door for you. No check in instructions, had to call to find out I need to go to another hotel to checkin. Room is clean and free towel, bunk bed to close to bathroom, quiet noisy if someone use it during midnight. No place to sit or hang out.
It was really good! And the staff was so nice and help full!
So really good for the price point. And it seems to be a brand new hostel as well. However you can literally hear everything that's going on outside the room as if they're talking next to you. This wasn't very appreciated by me in the early morning since there were some locals (maybe staff?) talking REALLY loudly around 6.30-7am??? For like half an hour to and hour as well😂 Also there were some local people (staff?) coming to sleep in the room around 3am, being loud and turning the lights on.

FABULOUS new hostel in quiet location. Staff where beyond excellent. The dorm was extremely well designed. Just 4 beds and privacy curtains. Steps up to top bunks where a very original and effective feature. Bathrooms were like in a boutique hotel. Excellent aircon. There was secure indoor bicycle storage which is unique in the old city. Unbeatable value for money. (Minimal socialising space. Definitely not a party hostel -If that's your demographic best try elewhere!)
Hostel grenzt an das Hotel an und hat dementsprechend dieselbe Rezeption und gleiche Ausstattung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet ebenso wie die Badezimmer. das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, es gibt einen 24 Stunden Service und die Möglichkeit Gepäck sicher zu lagern. Für den Preis gibt war das Hostel überragend und gehört mit Abstand zu den besten die ich in Vietnam bisher gesehen habe. Gerne komme ich wieder.
Hostel is adjacent to the hotel and has accordingly the same reception and same equipment. the rooms are clean and well equipped as well as the bathrooms. the staff is very helpful, there is a 24 hour service and the possibility to store luggage safely. for the price there was the hostel was overwhelming and is by far one of the best I have seen in Vietnam so far. glad to come back.

The dorm was one of the nicest we stayed in. Large bed with curtains and steps up to top bunk. Really clean and staff super nice and friendly. Very secure. There wasn’t really a social area, there was a small space for ‘working’ but this was always full of I think people properly working. Not for relaxing or socialising. Therefore it’s fine if you’re out all day etc sight seeing but if you want to meet people maybe not for you. Location is really good in old quarter next to nice food/...

A fairly new hostel so the facilities and rooms are all modern and comfortable.
Simply just a great hostel. Everything is new, room was pretty nice and clean. the staff is specially extremely kind and welcoming. I happened to forgot my headphones in the room so I reached out to them, they kept them for me for 3 weeks while I was traveling in the north. Definitely staying here again. If you're looking for chill and calm place to stay in Hanoi, stay here.

Very clean. Everything is very new, apparently they only opened in June 2025. The bathroom was almost on north European level, that was really nice. Comfortable beds, a bit harder though, but I like that. Very nice and helpful staff, they provide a map and give recommendations. Also you can contact them on WhatsApp anytime. It's a quite area and the hostel is in the backyard. It's like 5-10 min walking to the main streets, so really not far. It's not really set up to be the most social hostel.
It is kind of good experience, the staff is very friendly and willing assist you for everything ,a new hostel and the price is really good, i think they have the big promotion for grand opening or sth like that, i got the room just nearly 6$ per night. Also may be someone needed , to do the check -in and find the hostel you can go to Ja Cosmo Hotel at 23 Lo su, the hostel is one part of the hotel, the receptionist there will help you
