DO NOT STAY HERE. Shower didn’t work, not enough lockers for the room, mattresses had bed bugs, doors were never locked so anyone could come into the hostel at any time. Would not stay here

The hostel was dirty, they had bedbugs and the beds was really shaky. If you want a last minute hostel, it works, badly but worked.

Terrible!!!! I stayed at this hostel for two nights, and it was a terrible experience. I ended up with bed bugs, which I unknowingly brought back to the home I rent, causing a major issue. The cleanliness at this place is appalling; the sheets were dirty, the room smelled awful, and it’s clear hygiene isn’t a priority here. They should seriously consider closing this place or at least performing a deep cleaning and pest control. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

We arrived at roughly 19:00, and were promptly brought to room 203. As the night came, bedbugs began slowly appearing on the walls, which we have pictures of. They are nocturnal, so we had not seen their presence initially. The whole building was disgusting and unliveable. We payed for a whole night, but by the time staff finally helped us, it was 2:00am.

This is by far the WORST hostel I’ve ever been too! DO NOT STAY HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGS IN ALMOST EVERY ROOM! On the 1st night we were asked to evacuate the room because of bed bugs. They moved us to another room and I woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my body! The morning staff was extremely rude about it and all she had to say was “ welcome to Rome “! Not to mention there is NO hot water and black mood in the showers and no hand soap because of “budget control”. DO NOT COME!
